We had a wonderful time! Our room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We loved the property and our kids had a great time!

Los Altos is nice. However, for the price, I think you get better service at other nearby properties. The staff seemed young and not very accommodating. We have two kids with celiac. We had seen some reviews that they did a great job with other families. We did not have that experience. The beach is very rocky there so essentially not swimmable. You have to take a car down to the beach. It's very inconvenient. The pool is mediocre. I would not stay here again.

At first I was skeptical about staying here from looking at some reviews, but decided to test my luck, it was my birthday and I booked the villa, one of the best resort experiences I have ever had from start to finish.
