Great for one nights stay, we booked last minute as our flight landed on Porto santo instead of Madeira but it suited us fine. The view was great from the pool.
Only minus was the lack of facilities in off season (April) we couldn’t get coffee or breakfast in the mornings. There was also a dead pigeon in our garden which wasn’t cleared.

Location excellent - accommodation great - NOT been critical (kitchen utensils perhaps up grade - wine & whiskey glasses) will love to go back (hopefully the weather will be better.

Property is outdated , the staff is is very friendly, only positve comment
The rooms need better cleaning and repair. Shower head leaked , the tub did not drain even though I suggested they fix them they were not attended. Breakfast service was slow, they would not clear tables or bring cutlery ti let other guest sit
