We stayed for several nights in mid March, not a high time for tourists so it wasn’t busy. Good value for that time of year. We really enjoyed our stay. Great buffet breakfast with a view of the ocean. Comfortable room with a view of the ocean from the patio. Good location, a short walk to the pier and downtown. Onsite parking. Tasty cafe facing the ocean. Direct beach access. Very helpful, awesome staff who were so kind and helpful when we were stranded due to ferry and flight cancellations. Can’t say enough about the great staff.

The staff is absolutely lovely and caring. We had a lovely Ocean view room, and it was quite big and with a terrific terrace. We had an issue with our boat back to Madeira, which has been canceled, and they also called us to let us know. We also appreciated the Jeep Tour that they organized for us. The breakfast was also quite good, even if we have been in low season and their last month of opening. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back in the future.

Great location
For what you pay, standard is quite low. There are some other things like breakfasts, terrible coffee, gym that does not exist (only treadmill working, the rest is broken, eventually you can meet
