The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed.
It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi.

Beautiful and well kept grounds/beach /facilities. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. One suggestion: all 4 pillows were very high, perhaps have a couple of lower ones????.

Our flight was delayed by several hours so we arrived to the resort just before the restaurant closed. My family hadn't eaten since breakfast and when we asked about the restaurant squeezing us in before close, they graciously agreed. The team was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff we spoke to that evening remembered us by name the next morning. They went out of their way to make sure our family enjoyed our short time at the resort. We would love to come back and visit again and highly recommend this property!

the restaurant menu was good but no seafood offered , walked down the street for our seafood fix🌴☺️
