Clean room, closer to other dining areas, good staff, loved their breakfast the most with many items. They even prepared boxed breakfasts when we had to leave early. The mattresses were NOT comfortable at all, however we requested to get it changed but it felt the same. Overall a good experience, may come back again.

We stayed at Hotel Villa Zaccardi and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. It is a little far from the city center, but there are tram and bus stops very close to the hotel, so transportation was convenient. The neighborhood also felt very peaceful and nice.
One important thing for visitors: be careful with bus and tram tickets. We were told tickets could be bought at most kiosks, but not every kiosk sold them. We were finally able to get tickets at a metro station, but metro stations are not everywhere. During our trip, inspectors checked tickets on the bus, and we saw many people get fined for not having one. The penalty was 55 euros, so make sure you have a valid ticket before boarding.
