We've experienced a range of accommodations in Redding, from the luxurious to the lackluster. Our latest stay, however, began on a disappointing note with the discovery of a $150 refundable fee that wasn't disclosed prior to booking—quite steep for a hotel. On a positive note, the room was notably quiet. However, some aspects were less pleasing: the cabinet door by the fridge wouldn't stay closed, and the towels were rough and low quality, reminiscent of what one might find at a budget motel. On the upside, the water pressure was excellent and the water pleasantly hot, and we found the bed to be quite comfortable. A minor but irritating issue was the bathroom door, equipped with a device that keeps it shut—a nuisance given the humidity bathrooms often endure. Overall, I'd rate this experience 3 out of 5 stars.

The room smelled SO badly of stale sweat. It was overpowering. The AC wouldn’t go below 65 and even that setting made the room feel stuffy. It also had no option to keep the fan on. I woke up drenched in sweat, which made the smell make sense. The customer service was top notch though.

The room was ok but smelled like smoke. Restaurant food was awful. Cocktail waiters were slow as snails. Machines paid!

Hotel net our needs. Staff were very efficient and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable but bedding was lacking in comfort. Room was clean and functional.

Staff is always super nice and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately the hall noise is very prevalent so you hear people at all hours and all their slamming doors/ conversations so that makes it hard to sleep.

The people at the front desk checking in and checking out were wonderful, friendly and professional. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable enough. however it was dark and dingy, the bathroom sink was clogged, and there was a hint of cigarette smoke. We were there for a stay 1 night after party. We probably should have just ubered home...

The bathroom was gross hair and mold oh and something that looked like it came off the bottom of someone's shoe the bathroom faucet dripped the vent dripped on my girlfriend and shower was slippery my girlfriend almost fell and when she caught herself she wrenches her back and when she took a bath after showering the bubbles from the jets turned brown and we could hear everything going on in the hallway I would have expected better of a motel 6 for $80 a night not a luxury resort for $188.a night I not be going back and will let everyone I know not to stay here it's definitely not worth it and it's only a few years old wow win river not ok

Win river was amazing. The hotel was in like brand new condition. The small of the room was like a new car smell. The casino smoke was unbearable. We could hardly breath. Even the non smoking casino was hard to breath in. The restaurant was good. Not many choices. All n all I would definitely stay there again. We even did well in the casino. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Down side, the gift shop had some native American looking items but they were made in China. Big let down there.

I booked this hotel and called on advance to request a ground floor room. If I can help it, I avoid elevators. I had gotten that and near the lobby to get to the casino. When I arrived I discovered they gave my room away per hotel owner request as I was informed. There were no towels for the pool in our room as informed by signage in our room. In addition, there were only a couple pillows on each bed. The staff was kind but the property fell short.

Stayed one night, visiting family in Redding. Nice room, bed was amazingly comfortable. Shower pressure was awesome. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. Only annoying thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door slammed or auto-shut. Casino was fun for an hour - noticed not a lot of people playing at the tables but the slots were very popular. We did have a great time and price was right.

I call the hotel earlier to check if they have transer to the airport and the answer was yes. They asked me of my name and the reservation number and i was all set to be picked up 5 am. I was unpleasantly surprised during arrival when i asked about my transfer and they didnt have any record of my call, who i spoke to. Front desk told me that they are going to do a little investigation. In the morning they told me that i showd call at list 2 days in advance to request that. No one apologized for my discomfort. No one say that they are sorry. It cost me 35 $ to get to the airport by taxi!

The restaurant and bar were very understaffed for a fight night. We went in to eat breakfast at 830 and didn't get to our breakfast and tell 1030 which made us late for checking out. When I ask for a late check out. The front desk was very rude and said that they would charge us after 10:30 even though it was their restaurant's fault.
