Absolutely lovely property, excellent room, fantastic location, really easy to get around, 100% recommend. Reception staff also really friendly and helpful

Great location. They gave excellent instructions as to utilizing the vaporretto from the train station. It was a short walk to the Hotel Ala where we checked in. It was another short walk to the actual very modern room at RF. From there we had easy to Saint Mark’s Square, shops all over the place and easy access to water taxis. We would definitely stay there again if we were going to Venice! It was very warm while we were in Venice and the room was comfortably cold at 21°C. We could not figure out how to warm the room up, but it wasn’t really an issue because it was so hot outside.

Clean, modern looking room. Close to the Duomo and not too far away from the water bus stops, so it was easy to get around
