Didn’t have the breakfast but just because I was only there for a couple of days and wanted to experience other places for breakfast.

The only problem I had was with a particular waiter’s who was rude to my husband. There was a night of music on the rooftop and we found 1 of the waiters really rude.

The service var absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean and vert well decorated. A perfect fit for two friends. The location was smack down in the center of Barcelona with everything near by. + great breakfast ☺️

The hotel is well located near the port and the a/c in the room was effective and kept the room cool. Size of the bed was good too and room service did a good job cleaning.

Despite asking for a quiet room, we were on the second floor with a balcony that bus stopped right in front of and was at eye level with the passengers. It meant we had to keep the shades drawn for privacy. Also, the street it's on is pretty noisy. The nice desk person tried to find a different room, but the place was full. I wanted to leave the hotel and go to a different one but they wouldn't refund me so we stayed, albeit unhappily. Further, they brag about having a pool and pool deck. HOWEVER, if you go to that pool deck you are required to pay for pricey food and drinks if you want to sit anywhere by the pool so it's not really true that you can lounge by the pool (unless you just sit on your bum along the side. Oh except the host said there were 2 unappealing chairs available for ALL hotel guests by the door that you could sit in for free. What a joke. Also, this is a hotel popular with young folks who like to party so there is always lots of coming and going, which is ok if that's what you like. Finally, all of the hallways are really dark. We stayed at a 4 star almost across the street (the H10 Port Vell 4* Sup) the week before, and paid less and it was so much nicer. I would so go there instead of this place in a heart beat. My fault for not putting 3+ starts into the filters, which I reco for Barcelona b/c it can be a little rough. We won't be back to this hotel.

Room was very clean , comfortable bed , good shower ! Was very happy with location too.

I found the staff a bit abrupt- asked to borrow the iron and felt like I was being a nuisance when they replied ‘be quick with it’ - this was the only niggling point from an otherwise decent stay

Hotel is close to all pubs, bars and restaurants.

Everything was fine.

For my crew it was very convenient for the location that we were working at.

Very friendly staff, Rafael from the reception and Josephine from the coffeeshop, very attentive and accommodating.

All was good. It was my second time in that hotel… I really recommend it. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is perfect

This time my floor was a little noisy, perhaps other guests had early flight… but to big deal

it was few meters away from metro station, bus station and near by the beach 🏝️.
