Wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, staff so helpful and friendly. The bedroom was spacious, quite and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast delivery and the luxury of having breakfast in bed. The location is perfect for walking around the cobbled streets and discovering the local pubs and restaurants.

Lovely and elegant boutique hotel in Old Montreal. Very clean, pleasant staff, easy parking. Fun breakfast delivered to your door each morning. Easy walking distance to everything in the charming, old section of the city. Prepare to walk or figure out transit to the city center or Mount Royale. The room was up to date and the bath was sparkling clean. The night noise, however, was the drawback for rooms on the street side of the building. Weekend partiers were yelling and loud for long periods in the middle of the night (3 am) both Friday and Saturday. Sunday night was quiet until 7 am. Don't hesitate to stay during the week, but get a non-street side room if you value sleep on the weekend.

Charming hotel in the historic district. Perfectly situated to our travel plans. So many choices and variety of restaurants within walking distance. Tasty continental breakfast delivered to door. Coffee and water easily replenished. Quiet. Staff was friendly and ready to provide answers or services.

The Hotel and it's Staff were amazing. Charming Boutique Hotel. Clean, spacious & comfortable. The Staff were Friendly, helpful and always welcoming. The Parking is where you lose me. Their off site parking was so tiny and I was always worried about my vehicle. Tight space. They take your Keys and move your Car around to accommodate others. It is also a Public Lot. The Parking was expensive for what it was. Having said that, the attendant was careful.

Friendly staff, very helpful! Great location in Old Montreal. Restaurant is top notch too. My only problem with the hotel was the channels selection which was very limited, most channels on cable weren't available! Everything else was perfect. Will definitely return.

The staff at Hotel Bonaparte are phenomenal! They greeted us so warmly and made us feel right at home. We stayed with them for our anniversary and they accommodated a FREE upgrade to our room. The welcome drink upon arrival is such a nice touch. The hotel is so conveniently located to all the great sights in Old Montreal. Would definitely recommend for a quiet get away!

Lovely boutique hotel with wonderful hospitality, well appointed rooms, great service, and all in a perfect location to explore the Old Port of Montreal. Comfortable beds and soundproofed rooms with views of the cathedral. The little breakfast basket is a perfect touch and an unexpected highlight. The items were perfectly curated. Would recommend highly.

First class hotel in great location. Friendly and helpful service always looking to accommodate every wish. Rooms were clean and my rear facing room received plenty of light and a good view. Best of all…. Very quiet. Only criticism was the mattress could probably be updated as it had that lump in the middle but it didn’t hurt my sleep at all. I would definitely go back!

The service is very friendly. The hotel maintains the character. It's beautiful. I love the shower. Quite disappointed with included breakfast. Just a few packaged store bought items packaged in a box delivered to the room. Keurig coffee. I expected way more from character hotel in old Montreal.

The whole experience was wonderful. Check in staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and everything we needed, the shower was delightful (with the overhead rain shower), and the food in the restaurant was top notch - absolutely delicious. Close proximity to many sights in an incredibly walkable city.

We had an excellent time at the Bonaparte Hotel. We arrived early, and the staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. We could check in before and park our car right around the corner. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy with a warm blanket. The bathroom was spacious and modern. We would recommend this hotel! We will be staying there again!

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean with stylish modern interiors. We loved the overhead shower and large bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is a nice touch—good location, close but not in the middle of the craziness. It is our second time staying at this hotel, having stayed once last year. The service and quality have been consistent.

Great location walkable to many amenities around the area. Customer service is excellent. However, parking is terrible. Hotel does not have its own parking and guests need to pay for the public parking besides the hotel building. The man in the public parking charges $34 for all the parking but he charged double price $64 for LARGE vehicles(pickup truck). The most ridiculous part is the man in the parking ask you MUST to leave the car key to him and they are NOT responsible for the loss of guests' belongings in the vehicle.

We booked this hotel for the location but from the moment of arrival they exceeded all expectations. Prosecco upon arrival, the breakfast baskets were amazing. The service at every turn was topnotch. We will only stay here.

Everything was great with one small exception. The low quality brand of toilet tissue and their brand of Kleenex tissue they use is not at the high standard of the hotel and teally needs to be upgraded to meet the quality of this hotel.
