Nice hotel at the Paitilla area, close ish to the coast walk and multiplaza mall, but the area immediately around the hotell is quite busy, with main roads crossing by, but a room in a high floor will fix it. Clean and comfortable, breakfast buffe with intermediate variety of food and good service by staff.

A 4star+ hotel at 3 star price...I have stayed in many Panama hotels. Professional staff and a buffet breakfast changed menu daily. Equal to most Sunday brunch. Location and value!

My room is on the 20th floor. There has been no hot water in the room. The entire stay. In a building this size you need a recirculation pump that keeps the hot water on demand. I’ve left the water on for 45 minutes and still no hot water. I went to the front desk and complained because nobody picked up the phone. They sent a service man up and he turned the water on immediately and there was hot water. Again this morning I went to take a shower and left the water on for about 40 minutes and it was still cold. Had to take another cold shower. I complained once again at the front desk. They sent a service tech up and there was hot water immediately. I was doing nothing wrong. What this tells me is they’re turning we circulating pump on before they come and check. They have offered no compensation and they did not offer to change my room. Do not stay at this hotel because they shrug their shoulders and say sorry, but it does nothing for the inconvenience of having to take a cold shower every time. Also the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved and there are signs of wear and tear

I am travelling frequently to Panama and over the years I visited many hotels in the city.I’ve been staying at Las Americas Golden Tower several times in the past till the end of 2022. Location is very convenient while in Panama and I remembered the gym and the pool facilities so I booked my first 5 days there. The rooms still looks great, clean and convenient but the situation is different in the public areas I’m afraid. Going to the pool, the lockers didn’t function, there were no hot waters , soap and shampoo in the showers to clean up after the gym and the pool looks pretty neglected with many missing tiles. The energy bar doesn’t work etc.Talked with the lady who was sitting there and asking her to to speak with maintenance. Came in the day after and nothing changed.Breakfast is pretty basic compared to the hotel that I am staying now. In short, there are far better options for staying in Panama’s hotels for such fee or even less.

It was wonderful, all is very clean and there are lots of dining options. The only small problem was the AC didn’t cool down the room enough at night, it didn’t get lower than 73F. Otherwise the hotel is great value for what you get!

The view from the 17th floor was amazing overlooking the city. Room service on point. Heated pool amazing. Perfect location close to nice restaurants.

Central location but not very walkable. The hotel is in the middle of a very busy intersection. It's also surrounded by a very smelly rain canal, so if you walk one block to one side or the other, you have to pass the canal. On a positive note it is very easy to get a taxi or an uber from and to the hotel.

Very big comfortable rooms with great AC and high quality beds and bedding. Breakfast buffet was nice and the restaurant had a great view of the Bay of Panama. Would recommend to everyone.

I had to tell them to service room, versus them doing it automatically. One day after it was serviced it was obvious they did not vacuum because there was a wad of hair on the carpet, which remained for following days

lobby is in the 5th floor. When you enter on the first floor, it look like an apartment. No one to help with luggage. When you get to the 5th floor, you muts "look" for the hidden reception.

While communication might have sometimes required creative solutions due to language differences, their eagerness to help surpassed any potential challenges. Their dedication to ensuring my needs were met promptly and efficiently was truly commendable. What truly stood out was the efficiency and responsiveness of the staff. They were incredibly quick in addressing any requests or concerns, making sure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Stayed for 3 nights, had the delix rooms. The rooms needs updating in regards to the walls, some were peeling, scratched and other unidentifiable stains. The breakfast was excellent,they had fresh food everyday. The staff were very attentive. Overall it was a good stay

Extremly comfortable beds and room. Many people complain about lacking towels, and so do we, there were just 1 handtowel on the bathroom when we checked in. Had to ask twice. Slow chekin. Quick response when we told our doorlock wasnt working properly (bump the locked door and it opened). Fixed after 30 min. Breakfast had several options but lack basic things. You have to enjoy taking taxis, it is NOT easy to be a pededtrian here. Found no resturants nearby easy to walk to. Hotelresturant is brand new and has potensial.

Loved the view from my room, right next to Popeyes, subway, Little Ceaser’s, across the street from a hospital, down the road from a nail shop, right next to a mall, a short Uber ride away from anywhere. Very clean, breakfast was lovely, staff were helpful even despite the language barrier.

We had a great one night stay at las Americas golden tower. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We do not speak Spanish and found everyone went out of their way to communicate with us in English. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a quality sleep. It is in a very safe neighborhood and there are plenty of restaurants near by.
