Location is amazing. Right in heart of downtown Montreal and back door of China town. Walking distance to notre-dame basilica. Room is small but clean and have everything u need. WiFi is so so. Have 15 min offloading spot right in front of door. In front of that has 3 public parking space and 4 public parking spot down the end of Anderson St. there is time limit for Like 9pm -9 am also may be occupied by anyone . So u might consider to pay for public parking @$18/day Down the street. So you can in and out anytime. Over all for a budget traveler . Yes will be back again

Nice apartment, very cozy and great location. Easy check-in and out. 3 parking spots in the front but additional pay lot down the road. Dishes were not cleaned well, had to re-wash everything before using. One glass was stuck in the cupboard, couldn't remove it. Other than that the rest of the place was fairly clean.

Excellent location for city centre. Facilities adequate.

We’ve stayed here four times. Lovely little apartment, great location. It will continue to be our “go to” place while our daughter is at university.

Excellent location...very close to old Montréal old town and China Town...all are in walking distance. The host is very helpful and responds quickly.

The location of this property is ideal and the apartment quiet. I will definitely return to this location. I was in the same building in a different apartment in the past and I do believe the communication issues with this last stay were circumstantial. It had worked out really well the previous time.

Parking non existent due to road construction. Getting into apartment was a huge struggle. Unloading multiple bags, having to get them from the car climbing over barriers, hauling bags over dirt and stones. Getting the access code. Hauling everything down steep narrow steps and having to do it again in reverse when we checked out. It was very difficult for 3 women in their 70’s. That said, the apartment itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. I’m sure once the street construction is done it will be a better experience. I’m grateful we arrived during daylight hours and that it was dry.

We traveled to Montreal for business and every hotel was booked. This apartment was in the vicinity of where we needed to be within walking distance. It is great for a single person or even couple but it was a bit tight as a family traveling with a toddler. The overall feel of the apartment was fantastic but it was the property manager that really made the experience. She was wonderful!!!

The apartment was perfect. It was quiet and the location was ideal. I would gladly go back.

It's a great appartment! Clean and modern. Lots of IKEA stuff :-) Just make sure to contact the owner well in advance to get access, since there is nobody to let you in. We really enjoyed the appartment. It's in s great central location. We parked our car for 3 days at Complexe Desjardins, which is conveniently close.

We were met at the door by a lovely woman who showed us to our apartment. It was perfect. A great 2 bedroom apartment. I highly recommend for families traveling with kids - though I will point out that we had a third floor location so strollers would be tough. There's also a balcony so I don't think it would be great for toddlers.

Got in way late due to flight delays - was way too late to contact anyone to get the key - so I had to stay in a local hotel for the first night. Still nice enough place to stay, economical and comfortable. Would stay again.

Overall, it is a good place but obviously there is no room service or breakfast.

In a word, the experience was exemplary! I travel for business quite often, and hotels have become almost a second home and ai felt I absolutely had to write a review here. First of all, cleanliness: excellent. I am very particular about where I sleep, shower, work etc. This property was spotless, from the bed, to the kitchenette, to the washroom. Looked and felt fresh and clean. It exceeded my expectations. The location of the property was ideal. Service/Communication: Again,fantastic. The contact/ owner was polite, courteous, professional, flexible and bilingual (fluent), as I do not know French. There is no front desk, so the instructions provided were crisp and accurate. Amenities: Great. If you are used to the 5 star service at the Ritz, this isn't for you! However, I had everything I needed. The towels were clean and plentiful, there were enough toiletries for a large family, the kitchenette had all the utensils you could need, there was water, juices and tea/coffee items and the first aid kits were present and well stocked (I can be on the clumsy side). The Cons that might affect some: there are no elevators. For me it was not an issue at all, but it might be for some. Just a FYI. Next time I am in town, this has become the go to place for me. Well done!

Cozy apartment in Old Montreal. We were able to park our car (does require paying at a lot one block away) and walk everywhere. With the traffic there, this seemed like a good idea. The apartment was at the top of a flight of stairs without elevator service but we had no trouble getting up and down. Bathroom was small but adequate. Used the kitchen area for second sink.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable bed and a good deal. Myriam was a great help even though we did not meet her in person and it was easy to check in. Apartment is close, within walking distance to Old Montreal. There are some street parking spots that are for the building, but we opted to leave our vehicle in the parking lot down the street ( $24/day for a pick up), as we mostly walked everywhere and took a city tour. The apartment had a gardenview terrace which is enjoyable and overall it felt like home. There were toiletries, coffee, snacks, water etc which made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable in our stay. I hope this apartment is available for the next time we visit Montreal.
