Charming historic hotel which has very recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The team at the hotel are very friendly and professional and the food is excellent. There are lots of walks around the hotel in the grounds and the lovely town of Callander on the doorstep. Is dog friendly too and highly recommend / also has a link to the Beatles and has a Beatles inspired bistro which is lovely.

Check in was efficient, staff very helpful and attentive. A stunning place with lots of quiet spaces. The breakfast was superb. It is however a bit jaded though. The blind in the room was broken and tap needed replaced. Overall it was a lovely experience and well worth the money paid

This is a beautiful experience from the moment you drive through the arch and enter the property. It has a fantastic feel of yeaster year with the quality of today.
Well worth it. BTW the breakfast is amazing, allow time yo enjoy.

I wish this place was closer to the US. I’d stay there more often. Stayed in the Lennon suite, which was a bonus that the Beatles stayed there in 1964. Walked in to the wonderful smell of a wood burning fireplace. It was so comfortable and inviting. The sitting room and library also had fireplaces that made this place a delight for the senses.
The staff was very accommodating and truly endeavored to make the stay enjoyable.
Add the adjacent river and the Strawberry Fields bistro to the mix and it’s a true gem. Loved it and you can bet the next time I’m in Scotland, I’ll make extra effort to put it on my “must stay” list.
