לא נחזור

הגענו חצי שעה אחרי שהיינו אמורות לקבל את החדר ובשל העומס הגדול של החד אמרו לנו שיש עיכוב. לא נתנו תשובה של כמה עיכוב או מדוע לא התקשרו להודיע. אמרנו שנמתין ובנתיים נלך להנות מהבריכה. מהכניסה ללובי עד לבריכה יש כמויות של זבל בכל מקום, ריח של זבל ותחושה מאוד לא נעימה. הגענו לבריכה שם לא היו לנו מגבות והתשובה של העובדים הייתה ״זה לא קשור אלינו״ ״המגבות בכביסה״

כל החוויה- היינו שעה וחצי סה״כ עד שביקשנו את כספינו בחזרה

אין שירות חדרים, חדרים מיושנים מאוד ולא נקיים, מיטה מאוד לא נוחה, אין מכונת קפה ואין איפה לקנות הפוך בכל המלון והסביבה בגלל החג, רעש מטורף של מכונות שעובדות על הרכבת העירו אותנו מוקדם בבוקר, אוכל לא מגוון ולא טעים בחדר האוכל מלון ברמה מאוד נמוכה לעולם לא נחזור שוב

לא אהבתי כלום פשוט סיוט !!!

כתבתי מייל לרשת פתאל שמפרט על הכל !!! לא היה שום תמורה למחיר , כי חופשה לא היתה פה !!! היתה התקהלות המונית של מפונים !! בחדר אוכל , בג'קוזי , בלובי , פשוט סיוט !!!!! זה משהו שצריך לעדכן לגביו את האורחים !!! עם הייתי יושעת שהמלון מלא במפונים לא הייתי מזמינה חופשה !!!!! קיבלנו 0 שירות , כי הצוות במלון היה חסר סבלנות ברמות , בחדר אוכל לא היתה שום מארחת ועמדנו רבע שעה בתוך חדר אוכל ואין מקום !!! המולה של אנשים , כאילו הגענו לשוק !!!! שיא הזוועה !!! הגקוזיייי מפוצץ בילדים בני 5-6 צורחים ומשפריציםם על כולם !!! הייתי יכולה להבין אם המחיר היה מאודד זול , אבל המחירים בשמיים !!!!!! לנו לא משלמים כסףף שניהיה במלון כמו המפונים !!! אנחנו שילמנווו ממיטב כספנו לקבל שירות ולא קיבלנו , החדר חצי שבור ומסריח !!! והכל , הכל פשוט היה נורא !! מסרנו את החדר בשבת בבוקר ועפנו משם !!!!! אני דורשת פיצוי !!!!!!!!

היה טוב וטוב שהיה

לא היה נקי בשום צורה המצעים היו בכתמי דם , מלא אבנית בזכוכית במקלחת ושיערות שהיו בתוך האמבטיה היה בעמדת קפה כוסות וכפית לא נקיים התאכזבתי מאוד מהנקיון ציפיתי ליותר !

Amazing Breakfast!!! Huge selection and the staff were able to tell us what my husband could not eat due to his allergies. The best was very comfortable and big

The room had a slight smell of smoke and based on a leak in the ceiling right outside the room and water damage to the door, they had a fire recently on the floor and have not yet managed to put everything fully back together yet.

good location, nice room - great bed and nice bathroom.

when we arrived (Saturday evening) there was one person doing check ins and check outs. it took us around 30 minutes to check in. people were constantly interrupting him and he looked lost. one elevator didn’t work when we went up. the hallway and room entrance smelled of smoke.

Room service was very good and some staff members at the reception very helpful.

Staff was partially very unfriendly, faucets were broken, windows extremely dirty, offering at bar extreme limited, pool was opened 9am to 6pm only and therefore for business guest not usable, gym was closed and no appropriate alternative in the neighborhood offered.

Exceptional

from when i walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to an executive suite without even asking for it. Kudos to Rona, the concierge-- i wanted a manicure and she found a technician who came to my room. Rona was exceptional and followed up to ensure that I was satisfied

i have a lot of online classes that I lead-- the wifi several times was slow and froze my connection.

Location

Not for this money. Old or damaged amenities and furnishings. Leaking shower and damaged flush caused water on the bathroom floor after each use. Spa wing and swimming pool not working. Not recommending.

Superb and very centralised Hotel!We can see everything from there

The people of the hotel were superb!Εspecially the manager that every morning was around to see the guests and to talk with them!Also a very good girl from Greece Eleni,that was the hostess of our delicious breakfast!Very professional and very accurate in everything!We felt that we were in our home!

Never again

The position was perfect, next to the company and close to the train station.

Worst experience I’ve ever made in a hotel. The second night I was there, I noticed a communicant door to another room where at 2 AM they were listening to music very loudly, and had s*x. After that they were screaming each other. I called the security which just asked them to calm down.. they did for few minutes, and then started again, so I didn’t sleep. The last day I asked to change the bed sheets, since the colleague in my room was changing. They didn’t do that and asked to us to change the bedsheet by ourselves by taking a cleaned one from another room. This is not a 4 stars treatment. So I asked for a partial refund: not possible, so at least to pay for an airport shuttle, they said yes, and booked the shuttle. I thought the deal was done, until the day after where I needed to pay 60 euros by myself because they didn’t want to. I was there for business reasons, I needed to sleep in order to work correctly the day after. This is not a treatment worth 200 euros/night. If I’d wanted to change bed sheets by myself I could have booked a hostel, at least there I would have paid 40 euros per night.

Nice facility, poorly trained staff. Price does not line up with quality of service.

Lovely room, nice view, kept clean.

Total lack of service mentality. Example: Asked for a bottle of water and was told they don't provide more than the one bottle of water stocked in the room. Asked if I could pay and they said they don't have room service. An hour later, someone showed up with a single-serve instant coffee packet... and no water.

Great hotel.

The attitude was excellent. The staff was really professional. Any little problem had been solved instantly. The hotel, rooms, swimming pool were clean. Liked the gym also. Breakfast was good. Thank you. Will surely visit again.

The only thing I missed in the room's kitchen, was a milk powder to make some coffee. But isn't really an issue. I just had black coffee. 😊☕

not booking here again

the price

the fact that they overbooked their rooms and the room we paid for as advertised wasn’t actually available and they sent us to another without even mentioning it. when we got there the AC wasn’t working it was boiling. I asked them to move us to another room they said sorry we don’t have any and to thru but they moved us to a hotel 15 minutes a away , keep in mind this is 11:30 at night . oh and there were cats in the lobby, very wierd. what would be nice is if the customer service actually gets back to you. the least th eet could do is a refund .
