We had a fantastic weekend at the Vintry & Mercer celebrating my 60th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special.
The hotel is beautifully appointed and perfectly located in a quiet yet central part of London. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade and complimentary champagne, which we enjoyed on the beautiful rooftop bar with stunning views across the city.
Our room was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was the best we’ve experienced in any hotel.
A special mention to Ali on Reception, whose warmth, professionalism and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Ali is a real credit to the hotel.
Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday celebration so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Vintry & Mercer to anyone looking for a special stay in London.
