Rinse off in the home's outdoor shower and choose between one of the cottage's two decks to kick back and relax. The private back deck boasts a gas grill and a four-person table for cookouts, while the front deck offers ample seating to enjoy drinks with a breeze. The interior of the home features an open-style layout that makes it easy for your group to spend time together. Prepare family-style meals in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a bar that seats three. An adjacent dining table seats six when it's time to eat. After dinner, settle into the cozy living area for a movie night. THINGS TO KNOW This property does not have cable. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Less than 2 blocks from the beach with plenty of parking. Interior decor was neutral and house is updated. They provided plenty of bath towels, soap, etc. A few things that weren’t ideal, No cable TV and the WiFi connectivity gave us problems. Wasn’t able to get into the house until after 5 pm. No fault of the home owners, but more so with the management company. You have to check in at another location to get the keys, no key fob so I’m not sure why we were sent a code for check in. The management company was very responsive and quick to respond and accommodate us for the late entry into the home.

Overall really great. Nice property - just a few broken fans and lampshade. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk, quiet neighborhood. Nice playground within walking distance. Only issue was really faulty Internet that took several days to be fixed by Vacasa - their communication with me about this issue was not great.

We absolutely loved this house. It had everything you could possibly need. Loved the out door shower. The front porch was so lovely. Everything was wonderful. Just the one fan in the queen bedroom did not work. We will definitely be renting again.

This little house was sized right for us, and had amenities enough to be happy all week. The location was good, very quiet and homey. Must be an artist in charge vis a vis artwork, decor and simplicity of all. Nothing not needed. So glad there were cotton towels this time although poly sheets are still undesirable; brought our own.

We had a great stay at 215 4th St. Walking distance to beach and downtown. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean and has been nicely remodeled. Highly recommend!

This house was exactly the right size for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and Vacasa did a great job making sure the home was very clean upon our arrival. It as so nice not to have to worry about bringing and setting up linens for our trip.

Totally redone, perfectly clean and close to beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better homebase to explore Delaware beaches. Fun to see the photos on Zillow before it was remodeled. Looks like a brand new house!
