The charming guest bedroom holds a king size bed, closet, and a flat-screen.There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and we do provide a couple of single serve coffee bags to start your stay on the right foot. NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.) Other perks of this suite include a convenient washer and dryer, full bathtub and shower in the guest bathroom. **Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request** **Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot.** **If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send the request through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.**

Great condo, modern and spacious with all basic provisions in place. Easily walkable to best districts and downtown. Awesome prepared foods to stock the condo, and many restaurants nearby. No road noise or noise from other condos next to or under this unit.

Great location, can easily walk downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The AC had a hard time keeping it as cool as some wanted. Would definitely stay here again!!

The kitchen was well stocked. The king beds were good. The common room furniture was ok, but could have been a little more comfortable. And lamps would have been much nicer than a the overhead lights. Overall, it was a great property and a very good location for us.

We enjoyed property and location overall for the price! The only issue is that this is a third floor property and the elevator is woefully inconsistent. It was not working when we checked in or checked out (which are honestly the two most needed times). This wasn't a huge issue for us but thought others should be aware when traveling because this might not be doable for everyone. Had the price not been so good, this would have bothered us. Everything else was great!

The condo was just as described and shown in photos. Very cute place and we enjoyed our stay. Especially loved that there wasn't a huge list of tasks for us to do at checkout like usual VRBO rentals.

We love TC and this place allowed us to have a decently priced last minute vacay! Well equipped kitchen gave us the chance to stay in and cook. Quiet area but close proximity to fun restaurants and activities.

This rental is bright, open and very comfortable! It is in a great location that is walkable to all of Traverse City's great shops, galleries, and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all of the essentials you would need. We will definitely return to TC and use this rental again!!

We loved our stay in the beautiful, well-appointed property. We truly felt like "guest"! Location and parking are a plus The place was sparkling clean and (it's a small thing, I know, BUT) it was great to find ice already made in the freezer! :)
