Shopping, galleries, and fine dining are just a short walk away! Living Spaces Enter directly into a sitting room open to the kitchen and dining room. As you pass through the Kitchen and Dining Room, you will find a cozy Living Room with a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating. Kitchen and Dining Central to both Living Areas and the Dining Room, the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with gas Miele range and stove features an island with additional seating and an open floor plan. This luxury kitchen features both a Keurig® and a drip coffee maker. Seating at the kitchen island creates a space to eat a quick bite, or visit with the chef while having a glass of wine. A Wine Cooler is conveniently located in the dining room which has a table with chairs and some built-in seating. Bedrooms and Bathrooms The Primary Bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed and a gas fireplace. This bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub complete with a bath tray, a handheld shower wand and an adjustable light makeup mirror. Step onto your small balcony and smell the fresh sea air. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and an adjoining full Jack and Jill bathroom, shared with Bedroom 3. Bedroom #3 features a full/double bed with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 2. A freshly updated powder room is on the lower / main level near the living areas. Laundry Facilities The laundry center is located near the Powder Room on the lower level.
