Nestled in Chilliwack, this attractive villa for $564 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Feel right at home in our heritage manor on a picturesque 14 acre private lake front property. Find all the comforts and modern conveniences of home while escaping into our own page of national geographic. All the photos listed have been taken on our property- a wildlife hotspot. Perfect for larger family gatherings. Not approved for parties or more than 15 guests. We have lots of recreational fun set up in the home for indoor entertainment- Its the perfect escape, inside and out! Relax in our 4 story vintage styled character home, sprawled out on our own 14 acre slice of paradise. 5 bedrooms and extra sleeping accomodations make it perfect for up to 15 guests (including babies/kids). 3 separate sofa seating areas, 1 formal and 2 informal- make for perfect social atmosphere. The kitchen has new appliances, the mattresses are high quality and brand new, and we are set up with satellite wifi. We have a pool table, arcade games, kids play room, gym, and netflix and chill area. We have a private lake on the property for your viewing pleasure. We are honoured to share the land with an abundance of wildlife and we encourage anyone visiting to explore our outdoors and soak in the mountain air. Just outside of the city of Chilliwack is one of the most beautiful areas of British Columbia's Fraser Valley, and that place is called Ryder Lake. Ryder Lake is a sub-alpine hamlet in the foothills of the Pacific mountain range. Just a 20 minute drive from downtown Chilliwack and 90 minutes from Vancouver. The community of small, medium, and larger family owned farms is surrounded by snow topped mountains – Elk Mountain Slesse Mountain, Maguire Mountain, Church Mountain and Mount Thom, to name a few. Sheltered in the valley bowl, charming homesteads dot the landscape. Each year the close-knit community plays host to city dwellers and country kin alike. Visitors come from close to home, from around the Province, and around the world, to attend the annual Ryder Lake Ramble. During the Ramble weekend, the Ryder Lake Hall is open to the public. The aroma of delicious home country cooking greets visitors as they begin their tour of some of the most beautiful properties in the area. Visitors are treated to a self-guided rambling collection; a sort of “Open House” of local farms, incredible gardens, breathtaking views, and walks in the serene natural environment. The annual Ramble shines a spotlight on this beautiful and unique area, in the hopes that Ryder Lake’s unique character and charm, will be celebrated, and protected, for many future generations to come. Ryder Lake is truly one of the jewels in the crown of the Fraser Valley. 30mins from Cultus Lake (water park, amusement park, and lake itself). A security deposit of CAD 300 will be held on your credit card used to book as a deposit for potential damages incurred on the property during your stay. Note that we will start this credit card hold 2 days prior to your checkout and this sum of CAD 300 will be in our custody for a period of 7 days, subject to damages done or not, we will either charge you or release the money back at the end of the 7 day hold period.

Beautiful home if you’re looking for a nice weekend trip with family or friends. The home is clean and spacious and was able to accommodate 12 people comfortably. I went during the summer time where they have blueberry plants in the backyard and they even allowed us to pick and eat the berries, and I must say, those are some of the sweetest and juiciest blueberries I’ve tried! Also, the campfire is located by the pond which makes for a lovely background while making some s’mores. I will definitely return in the future, thanks for the great experience Nicola!

We had the best experience for our daughters wedding . We all got to stay together in this lovely home . It was a magical location and the caretakers were the absolute best !. We loved spending the weekend with our friends at this beautiful, spacious and clean house. We enjoyed playing the many games in the rec area. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for lawn games and spike ball. The hosts and caretakers were thoughtful and considerate, and answered our questions promptly. This is a great venue for big groups of friends or families. A short drive to Cultus Lake meant we could easily enjoy beach days in the sun. We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay with our extended family. The property is beautiful and quiet and there are lots of things to keep both kids and adults entertained in the house. The house was clean and everything we needed was supplied in the house. Overall, everyone had a great time and I would recommend this place for a family getaway!
