Nice casino hotel. Kind of far from sedona so be ready to drive. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were great. We ate breakfast at the cafe every morning. Very nice lady working there. We enjoyed the coffee and quick breakfast options.

We only stayed for one night, but it was great. The grounds and rooms were beautiful. Room was quiet for being a casino. Staff were friendly and helpful. We checked out early in the morning, and we did not have to wait for help. Only thing negative, Storytellers was closed multiple days in a row, so we weren’t able to dine there. But the diner was good! Big portions and fresh.

We picked this hotel for the pool and we are not disappointed. The kids club was nice and we really liked the bowling alley. The buffet was good. The staff were great!

Room was clean and pretty propterty. Horrible entrance for registration. No outside signage and had to walk further then most hotel/casino to check in. Casino buffet was horrible. Masty breakfast. I stopped gambling after moving to over 10 different video loker machines that button would not work to hold cards. It is obvious they do not maintain their machines. I would had gambled much more but will not give a casino my money that doesn’t care in taking care of their machines. When i complained they couldn't give a shi*. Will not ever be back to that casino. Horrible.

Took FOREVER to check in (a common problem here). Charged $20 hotel fee but never got internet bc reservation info not entered correctly by clerk with last name/room# bc "3rd party" reservation!?! Upon entering, room smelled like sewer from bathroom. The smell never went away. Something on the bedspread (still don't want to know).

Comfortable clean room with no concerns other than the show style - prefer a hand held wand instead of the wall mounted shower head.
And slots were stingy this trip. :(
We also wish the hotel had a pizza and pasta restaurant; Story Tellers has gotten way to expensive.

Room was nice. No shower Saturday morning because the water was off for service. I tried to call the front desk but the room phone was not connected. Used my cell phone and had a long hold, then the representative just said we are aware of the water problem and it’s being fixed. No apologies or empathy very short and rude then hung up. Tried to go to the pool but our keys did not work so we had to go to the front desk and they had to issue new keys because our were deactivated.

Great location- 1/2 hour from Sedona. Plenty of activities for family- including a game room and bowling. Great buffet for breakfast with made to order omlets!

It was my husband bday weekend and we had a really good time food was good and the stay was good. Walked out with more money then when we got there so thats a plus.

Our check in time took almost 30mins. I asked the lady checking us in if they were busy she said no. I asked "then if we could we please get a room facing the mountain view". She agreed. We never got the room I asked for. There is also no luggage carts. Out fridge was broken as I need to keep my insulin cold . I told the front desk but no one really cared. They don't have microwaves. Also the food discount coupon they give you for the restaurant doesn't apply if you paid for your room with a third party. The rooms were nice and clean. But we had the view of a wall. Was disappointed for my first time staying at the hotel.

The Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is a beautiful facility that is very comfortable, clean and relaxing place.
The food at the buffet was wonderful for both dinner and breakfast & we hated to leave as the employees treat everyone so well.

The hotel upgraded us to a suite and it was the best hotel I've stayed at. It had so much room plus it was very clean. Front desk too a bit long but great service.

The rooms in the hotel (not the lodge) are fairly new, probably within the last 5-6 years.
It is well maintained and everything works as expected.
There is no room cleaning, even if requested at the front desk. I had to snag a bath towel from the attendant in the hallway since the note clearly didn't make it to the housekeeping staff.
There is a wide variety of eateries here, the breakfast buffet is ok but the food tends to get old after a bit. Try the "to order" omelet station, it's as fresh as it gets.
Lots of parking here on the lot as well as in the adjacent parking structure.
Area is very safe and clean.

I didn’t like getting the run around from depending who I spoke to about an issue I had in May 2023. In May 2023 I stayed at the lodge for 2 days. I mistakenly left my gold HP lap top in the dresser drawer. I immediately called hotel next day after I checked out. I was told they found it … I inquired if I paid postage could laptop be mailed to me. Absolutely not was the answer. The male person at the call was rude. I called again several weeks later inquiring if my lap to was still there. Yes was the answer !!! I have had to have 3 major surgeries and was working on how I could get back to hotel to retrieve laptop…. I called in October and November to inquire if my lap top was there or does the hotel destroy items left. I was told they do not mail but laptop was there.. I arrived at your hotel Jan 15 &16. I inquired upon checking in I inquired if my laptop was still there. Person behind desk said yes they still had it but it is in some warehouse!! I asked 3 different employees whom all said laptop is there but in warehouse. I was there during weekday times and NOBODY CAN ACCESS THE WAREHOUSE???? I understand there was a time lapse before I could get back up to The Hotel as I live south of Phoenix.My laptop should have been followed thru while I was there this time.
If you look in you past booking I have stayed at this hotel many many times. Am I not valued? It’s rude to receive so many different answers and attitudes from employees. Is my laptop there?

We have to ask for our room to be cleared three time in one day. Even then the room wasn’t cleaned.
While working in one of the offices one of the security guards (white female) came in to say that I can’t use the room even though it wasn’t signed out or being used by anyone else. Waited until I exited the meeting room.
We will never recommend or stay at this place again.

We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet our room was with the casino downstairs. Our room was clean & comfortable. The shower was one of our favorite parts of the room: spacious, great water pressure, water temp stayed warm for long showers after a long day of hiking.The only thing missing would be a little convenience store to grab snacks, drinks, tampons etc that was in the hotel. Other than that you’d never have to leave the hotel. It has everything else you would need ! I would definitely stay here again.

Dinner was excellent. Casino was nice, but only one table for black jack was disappointing. All the other tables were for card games no one was interested in playing. No roulette or craps table. Room was nice. Check in was slow.

Comfortable, quiet rooms (without smoke). The grandkids enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and pool.. although the pool temperature was still cold.
