Good overall, quite a bit dated and the bathroom and shower and vanity a little awkward but it was all fine. The owner a bit hawkish in the morning breakfast to make sure I didn't take something I wasn't supposed to - that felt a bit off... but otherwise it was a nice place for one night stay.

The price was right by comparison to other Sedona properties.
Lake Montezuma is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Complimentary breakfast was mixed with items for sale; it was difficult to determine which one was which. Wi-Fi was extremely week.
