We were impressed with the cleanliness and the attention to detail that was given to our experience. From the valet parking (thank you Thomas), the check-in process, the buffet breakfast or the Nespresso machine in the room everything was top notch. With my broken French I was able to get along very nicely and we were handled in the most hospitable manner! We will return and enjoyed that we could have a European experience within driving distance of our home in Massachusetts.

Super central, clean, quirky, artsy. Great breakfast. Super comfortable. Nice rooms. Fun they you can cook in it. Very convenient. Close to all restaurants, chateau Frontenac. Walkable. Only thing was that it was noisy (3rd floor) from cars passing by.

This very unique hotel was in a fabulous location in Old Quebec….a 2 minute walk to the Notre-Dame Basilica. There were many incredible restaurants very close by. The hotel itself had a very good continental breakfast and super friendly staff. The lobby was very cool and had many beautiful siting areas. The room was spacious and very nice. The bathroom was beautiful and big as well. There was a mini kitchen cabinet that included a Nespresso coffee machine. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!!!

It was a nice hotel and a comfortable stay except that for 2 days out of our 3 days trip, we had next door the hotel staff cleaning other rooms very early in the mornings. They were also chatting loud for at least a couple hours right next to our room for 2 days at a row. When we advised about this, the staff did not even offer any special treatment. Even when we asked for a one hour late check out, they refused at first and only later on they agreed. So not so flexible with their customer service.

The rooms were beautifully decorated the bed extremely comfortable. Shower incredible! Very quiet. The breakfast outstanding with the best cappuccino!! The staff is super friendly and attentive! The housekeeper went out of her way to get my dog an extra cookie! It couldn’t be better! Can’t wait to stay here again

Loved everything about my stay! The little touches are excellent all the way from the common spaces (fireplace, games and a short story machine) to room amenities (luxury bedding and bath amenities and a highly functional kitchenette for a room of its size). The lounge area is quiet and relaxing with nice views as well. I've stayed in many hotels and airbnbs and usually do not think much about the stay, but this completely exceeded my expectations. Only nit would be limited vegan options for breakfast but they did accommodate as best they can; and I recognize the local cuisine is not vegan.

the heating system was noisy and the elevator was outdated it was a little scary when I used it on the first day. it doesn't open it soon and makes some big mechanical noise.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, as well as cafes and great restaurants. The service was terrific; the staff even remembered our latte preference at breakfast and brought us extra tea bags to our room. We would definitely stay here again and get a room with a view the next time we visit Quebec City!

Our stay at Monsieur Jean in Quebec City was très magnifique! The staff were all very very helpful, check in was easy, the room was beautiful and very clean, and they have the cutest restaurant with a fabulous breakfast buffet! All of this with a location that cannot be beat!

Beautiful upscale hotel with unique design in the heart of the historic center. Perfect room, comfortable bed and bedding. City Parking garage next door if needed. Nice bar and breakfast in the hotel plus multiple restaurants in the area.

From start to finish, this place was amazing!! The hotel was so clean and smelled sooo good!! Each and every single staff member greeted us with a smile and we truly felt like they wanted us there!! We had the best time in Quebec City, Monsieur Jean's made it perfect, even the rain didn't dampen the experience! We will gladly stay here again!

Loved the décor, breakfast box at the door was nice and the Bistro did a nice take-a-way cappuccino when we asked if we could just bring down our own cup. Evening staff very friendly as was the morning staff. Location was great except the hill is really steep so not a great place for seniors to stay if they are not sturdy on their feet. Oh yes, the bed was very comfortable. Not sure about the rubber duckies when there is no bathtub. They complained they had nowhere to float. Poor rubber ducky.
