Nicely renovated, great shower! Room fairly basic so probably a tad overpriced for what you got. But comfy and clean and helpful desk staff. Ewe had a quiet room at the back

Other visitors should note that this hotel is in the low part of town and convenient for the train station. You can bus, walk or use funicular to get up to the main town

Nice size room that was clean and had modern decor.
Great breakfast at the adjoining restaurant with 15% off for breakfast.
Mattress kept siding off the bed.
Bed too small.
View of a garage over the road.
Shower difficult to work.
T.V difficult to work.
No water provided.
Staff could have been more welcoming and helpful.

We walked everywhere from this hotel. It was a flat 6 minute walk from the train station. We walked to the shops along the river, 4 minutes and walked up to old town, 6 minutes. Room 25 was quiet and cozy. Free coffee maker with coffee was great.

The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to The Old City, nut long for those who may find the walk and hills a little tough. The room was right off the street near the Esso station, so the view was disappointing but surprisingly quiet during their Beer Fest.
The room was dirty when we arrived. The duvet looked like it had a pee stain and the mirrors had hand and forehead? prints on it. When we talked to the staff, they inspected and agreed. They said they would talk to someone and get back to us but we never heard back from anyone and they never came to clean the room!! Change the duvet, at least!! Also, they never came the next day to clean the room and change the towels for fresh ones. The cleaning hamper and tools sat outside in the hall all day and night and was still there when we left. We were greeted to a hamper of dirty towels each time we arrived and departed the hotel. There was also a bug in our bed. I was disappointed and didn't bother going to the restaurant. If the rooms aren't clean and service is poor......
