Location was ideal. Service provided by staff was terrific. Wish we could have stayed longer.
I have walking difficulties. Access to the building was a bit of a challenge.

Great location, next door to related eatery w/discounted breakfast and near many tourist sites, shops and restaurants. Very close to Chateau Frontenac and lower Québec. Walkable to most everything in the walled city. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Tourism Office is next door and uses the same entrance.
Off site parking was not easy to access. The concierge desk was often unmanned although staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect - one block from Hotel Frontenac. As expected in an older pensione type hotel, the room was "quaint" but more than adequate - charming. Refrigerator, coffee maker, clean and comfortable.
