This was our second stay at your hotel, the last time being in 2017. It was lovely then and even more so now. This visit most certainly lived up to our fond memories. The room was great and the staff so very helpful.
We had dinner at your restaurant and it was just what we needed after walking all day. The food was outstanding and the waiter was wonderful. He listened to our request to have our entree not be made until we were done with our salad so we could relax between the courses. He is a gem!
The location is ideal; one could not ask for a more convenient place to stay as we were within comfortable walking distance from everything Old Quebec City has to offer. We would love to come back to your fair city someday as it is our very favorite place to visit. You can be sure if we make it back, we will be staying at your memorable hotel.
We could not figure out the coffee machine in the room. Perhaps instructions would have helped. Otherwise we loved everything.

Location is excellent and the room was really spacious
Not much hanging space for clothes but other than that its very well equipped.
The lighting was a little on the dark side and the AC a bit noisy but all ok

Staff were very helpful.
I did not like your bathroom. That was a real challenge with my mobility issues.
Not a hand rail in sight.
Hard to get in and out of it.
Everytime my husband used the bathroom during the night the bedroom was flooded with light which meant everyone was awake !!!!

Location
The original allocated room was next to the lift I asked to change as I have stayed 5 times prior they charged me to do so I will not be staying again as they obviously do not value my custom.
