I've stayed in Vieux Quebec a number of times and this location is 10/10. Parking is nearby (5 min walk) in a covered lot for $25 a day. Room was clean, good sized and had a Nespresso machine with pods. Was very impressed.

The front desk/reception staff was excellent!
Room 405 was rumble-y, had a "hum" to it. Elevator or some heat/airconditioning unit on the roof? Electrical outlets were not accessible and too few. In an attempt to make the room modern, it sacrificed some conveniences.

Great location, nice modern room with comfy bed and appreciated the coffee machine.
Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful when needed.
Some street noise but it didn’t last long

Location
The original allocated room was next to the lift I asked to change as I have stayed 5 times prior they charged me to do so I will not be staying again as they obviously do not value my custom.
