Beautiful pools throughout the property, nice beachfront, staff was great, food was very good.
Rooms in the 400 area backed right onto another resort’s pool that has a lot of crying & screaming children. As an adult only place, relaxing at your private pool was futile until evening (unless you had earplugs). Hotel is far from Chania so a nice added amenity would be a shuttle a couple of times a week for those who don’t want to rent a car.

The staff was great, the food was also really good and the hotel had all the facilities. The rooms are also nice, they are big enough and some of them have more of a private pool with sea view.
Maybe the decor is a bit outdated, but that's all

The view from our room was fantastic.
Reception messed up our booking, so we couldn’t get the room (junior suite with sea view) we booked for the first night. We got a bigger room for 1 night and an all inclusive package as compensation but it’s the last thing you need to have to move.
The weather was too stormy to sit outside during mealtimes and the hotel does not have enough space indoor for all guests to eat, so we had lots of waiting time.
