Excellent location! Clean, with everything we needed - including a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, thank you. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, breakfast was wonderful!

Fabulous location, very centrally located in the historic cave district. Huge rooms in a cave, very spacious. Access to the terrace was lovely - buy a bottle of wine to enjoy with a view. Good instructions for parking and access - make sure you pay in advance and obtain a ticket when parking in the parking lot (we didn't and got a ticket).
Rooms are so large the AC couldn't really cool them in the height of summer.

Really helpful about arriving early and dropping bags there before rooms were ready. They very kindly opened for breakfast early so that we could have a coffee before leaving at 8am.

This hotel is in an outstanding location in the heart of Matera's old town, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo and practically right next to stop #5 of the Linea Sassi bus. The room was a beautiful, traditional cave-style accommodation that was extremely comfortable. Special thanks to Pasquale, who provided exceptional directions on how to find the property—it was so clear and easy to follow that we didn't even need to use the Booking directions.
