La situation dans les sassis de Matera, le jacuzzi sont exceptionnels !
Le site de Jardine Di Luce a été piraté, et nous avons payé une nouvelle fois mais ça ne les choque pas. Nous n’avons eu aucune réponse, ils ne se sont pas sentis concernés même s’ils n’étaient pas étonnés.
Booking n’a pas réagi non plus..

**Very Good Stay in an Excellent Location**
Overall, we had a very good stay. The accommodation is in an **excellent location** and was a very convenient base for enjoying the city.
There were, however, a few things that we believe could be improved. Although our reservation was for three people, the room was initially prepared for only two guests. We had to point this out, which led to a small disagreement with the owner.
At this point, we would really like to make a **special mention of Razia**, who was an exceptional member of staff. She was extremely professional, kind and willing to help us. She personally went and prepared the room for the third guest and genuinely did much more than we would have expected. **Razia was undoubtedly one of the best parts of our stay.**
Another important point is that the room description states that it has **two sofa beds**, whereas in reality there are two armchairs that convert into beds. This may seem like a small difference in the description, but for three guests it makes a significant difference, and we believe it should be described more accurately.
The beds were quite hard, but we managed to sleep and cope with them.
One night, we also experienced two problems: the air conditioning was making **a very loud noise**, which disturbed our sleep, and there was no hot water available for the shower.
However, we would like to acknowledge the owner's immediate response. We called him and, **to his credit, he personally came to the property at around 1:00 a.m.** and did everything he could to resolve the problems. He eventually managed to fix them, which we greatly appreciated.
Apart from these issues, our days went very well and overall we were satisfied with our stay.
One small comment regarding breakfast: in our opinion, **slightly larger portions would be appreciated**, especially when the accommodation is hosting several guests.

Breakfast was good, lady who served reception/breakfast good.
toilet on same floor as bed. More storage space in bathroom, very impractical layout. Proper china mugs for making hot drinks, not paper cups.
