Room was well appointed. beds were comfy, enjoyed the fireplace and view of water. liked the bathroom layout with private commode, vanity, stool, magnifying mirror, etc. loved the shower with various levels of water. the coffee station was nice with sink of its own. The staff was very accommodating in the bar area where we were able to get a bite to eat. the breakfast was also a nice addition.

I was disappointed with the quality of their towels. they felt a little rough and thin, instead of thick and plush which I would expect of this property. the toilet tissue was also thin and substandard. I failed to mention this in my review and hope you can convey this.

The cost over the many years of traveling there has grown exponentially. But the market demands it, and so we all pay.

The staff did almost everything they could to make things right.

It was represented as a room with three beds and there were only 2. One of us had to sleep on a mattress in a closet. It’s a “spa” resort and the hot tub was not working the whole weekend. You really can’t walk to town easily but they have a car, but only runs from 5-10pm.
