Location extra. Staff super client oriented. Great view on the Bosphor.
Breakfast was ok but was missing an essential aspect; warm items such as scrambled eggs or fried
eggs and bacon. What ever was expected to be warm was with a short time cold. No efforts made to propose warm food when arriving even 1 hour after breakfast open time. Too bad.

My Mum & I both loved the A11 bosphorous hotel.We had spectacular views from our room & also enjoyed the views from the pool area . Our cleaning lady was very accommodating . The two receptionists were very helpful & kind. They were superb! Thank you!
I had an earlier flight to South Africa & Mum a later flight to the U.K. Unfortunately, Mum did not receive a wake up call early in the morning but fortunately did manage to wake up on her own & made it on time to the airport.

Nice location and view over the channel. convenient for conference venue
doubling of hotel transfer price 2 days before travel, especially when we picked u an Uber for a little over half original price, rip-off. lack of restaurant, had to go out for evening meal, OK plenty of options.

For the price you are paying this hotel is not up to scratch. Wifi barely works in the rooms, blanket on bed was cheap and scratchy, the hotel itself is dusty in areas, pool area needs to be cleaned regularly, it's an event space on weekends so noise happens til about 11pmish, some staff were super helpful while others felt like they didn't want to be there or didn't want to help you. It's a general lack of attention to detail at this hotel. For what you are paying you expect a much higher standard. It seems to me that it's a management problem. Do they even care about this hotel? Do they have procedures and check lists to efficiently run this space? If you want to spend this amount of money on a hotel, I wouldn't stay here.
