Hotel was under renovation, unfortunately that was not disclosed at time of booking. My room had missing light blubs in fixtures on bedside wall. I notified the front desk and was told they would look into it, but when I returned back to room 5 hours later, nothing had changed and same person was at front desk and never told us about not fixing the problem. So, my room was very dark and hard to see.

When we arrived they didn’t have anyone sitting at the desk. We needed to call them on the house phone - shouldn’t you have people at the desk if you know people are checking in - I had three rooms booked

Great stay but they need to get their furniture finished up and definitely need to get some decent coffee back. The dirty dish water that they try to pass off as coffee is totally unacceptable

Stayed for medical procedure next day. Couldn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Facility was nice. Clean workout room. Quiet room Thurs floor facing the airport. Overall satisfactory stay. Hope to try breakfast next time.

Initially we had an issue with checking in, but between hotel staff and online service it was dealt with quickly. Looking forward to breakfast that hotel provides for free.

Super staff & nice shuttle driver. Best place to stay for an early flight out of Green Bay. We’re using long term parking too. Just very convenient & the staff is always great. Rooms are comfortable, clean & quiet

Hotel is undergoing renovations,(Feb. 2024) so it was in pretty rough shape. A lot of paint odors. I don't recall if this was noted when i made the reservations or not, but if i had known, i wouldn't have booked our room.

This hotel is very convenient for a place to stay next to the airport when you have an early morning flight. It is under construction on the main level. Our room was on the third floor- clean, quiet and comfortable bed. I’m sure it will be great when the remodel is completed.

It was clean. Some dust from remodeling but that's to be expected. I'm sure when it's done, it will be nice.
I would like it if they charged a remodeling rate, instead of full price. Our room was not finished with the remodeling and was missing towel bars, hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff up on and a few other things you except in a hotel and pay full price.

The place is under construction, but it was clean and quiet. The toilet in my first room did not have any tank guts, the they gave me a new room no hassles at all. It was a nice and very convenient for the airport. Would stay again

Purchased for a park and fly and was not allowed to due to renovations. No contractors were there ever when we were there just a giant dumpster in the back. This was not noted before purchasing the hotel. There was no shuttle offered and had to pay for parking.

Exceptionally nice and helpful staff, and extremely convenient to Austin Straubel airport in Green Bay— stayed overnight due to a snowstorm and needing to leave early in the morning. Discovered that they had a nice marketplace store for microwavable meals, which was very helpful to avoid going back out in the snow storm. Also discovered that the long-term parking was less cost than the airport, long-term parking and that there is a free shuttle to take you to and from the airport. So much better than slugging your suitcase through the snow from long-term parking!

They’re doing renovations on the second floor which is nice I just wish the maintenance crew would vacuum before they left for the day

There was no water when I woke up in the morning, the hotel was also under construction and very loud. Completely disappointed

This property was under construction. Updating rooms and lobby. The room I had was ok and right by the airport. When done I believe it will be nice

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The facility is being renovated and work started around 9am (which could be heard from our room). Our biggest complaint are the pillows.. they were terrible. My husband and I and our friends stay at the hotel all woke up with headaches and neck pain.

Remodel was ongoing, nothing left out in the way. It looked nice in my room, very clean. Bedside clock was broken, could not use it for an alarm. Desk clerk very nice, but another employee who was cleaning kept interrupting. I would stay there again. great that it was right by the airport for an early morning flight.
