Staff brought me an extra blanket.
For the price, I would say this hotel is just okay. I’ve stayed here before, and one of the reasons I chose to stay again was because of my previous experience. Last time, there wasn’t a shuttle to the airport, but the hotel covered my Uber, so I was surprised that this time there was still no airport shuttle and I was expected to pay for the Uber myself.
As a solo traveler, the additional transportation cost made the stay feel much less worthwhile for the price. I also found the room to be somewhat dirty and there was an unpleasant smell. I had specifically requested a room near the elevator, but that request wasn’t accommodated either.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and promptly brought me a blanket when I requested one, which I appreciated.
Overall, I expected a little more for the price, especially given my previous experience. The lack of airport transportation assistance this time, combined with the condition and smell of the room, made the stay feel less valuable than I anticipated.

Room and location were good
I asked for free breakfast location since it says on your website that breakfast is included they sent me to a 25$ breakfast buffet. I definitely would not have eaten there 3 times if I knew I was being charged full price.
