Good location, well equipped studio apartment. Bathroom was a little in need of upgrade. Comfy bed and nice view. Can recommend.

Room was very roomy and location well centred with bus stop right out the front to get to CBD
Only thing that can be improved is the hot water as it runs out very quickly even before 2 of us could finish showering. However there is a note advising they are working on upgrading which would make this 5/5
