Great location, but with a great location comes a little street noise. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Easy check in and clean hotel; However, the room that we got, the shower got very little water pressure given that there multiple shower spray panel. So much for having that as a feature in the bathroom. Not much choice for breakfast but we got coffee.
Overall it’s okay. if you’re not looking for fancy and just need to stay for short period

Overall a great boutique property. Minimal amenitites but an excellent location and super overall value. The rooms have personality to go along with being very spacious and having amongst the largest and best showers Ive had in any hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is included. But it is stale croissants and bad coffee. A complete ripoff.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Dust, visible dirt and a smell akin to sewage coming straight out of the toilet. There were even bloodstains on the bedsheets. Then we heard everything from outside and inside of the building. Whether it was people partying outside or simply people walking on the floor inside the building. We could hear everything, really everything. That being said, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only issue is that second floor rooms are loud at night due to the bar below the hotel making it hard to sleep. Otherwise, it was a decent stay!

Room was 26 degrees with the heat off and ac on. Very uncomfortable. Also, the floor in the room was aimed black and had 2 steps
up to the bathroom. Almost impossible to see the steps in dim light.
Room cleaning only every 3 days was not what I expect for this level of hotel.

The property was wonderful, my room was fantastic, and I received an upgrade to a junior suite upon arrival.

Not a good experience with the man at the front desk. The bed was too soft for our taste. We could hear the person walking in the room beside ours like if he was in our room.

Liked the location, pleasant and obliging front desk staff, water available every day, continental breakfast included in the price.Comfortable bed, extra blanket and pillow provided, blackout drapes, thermostat worked well.
Quality of the continental breakfast could be improved, but quantity was plentiful. Lovely breakfast nook.
The policy of requesting maid service the day before needed did not work well for us.

Pros: The room was nice and clean, staff were polite and supportive, location was very good.
Cons: no iron inside room (there was an ironing board but no iron), minibar was empty, no slipper.

One of the showers was broken, the hard wood floor was very noisy when stepping on it.

The hotel is old. Capets in hallway worn, wrinkled. Room floors creeky and painted black. Towels had holes in them. Stain on comforter. Walls in bathroom by toilet dirty. No water pressure could barely shower, could not wash hair. Check in was efficient came in very late very tired. Staff were friendly and professional. Would have gone elsewhere but hotels full for concert.

The staff was very helpful. I arrived early and they checked my luggage. Then they let me know when the room was ready before official check in time. However, went to take a nap in the afternoon and I could hear music that kept me awake. I think it was from the restaurant downstairs? At least it was quiet at night. I think carpeting instead of the bare floor might muffle the sound somewhat.
Room is interestingly funky, as per the review. Nice touches include padded hangers in the wardrobe, an umbrella, and bottled water in the refrigeratory.Glad I wasn't staying long, though, as there is no place to unpack folded clothes except the wardrobe. No drawers in desk and just chunks of wood as nightstands.

Very nice to look at, terrible to sleep. Room was very spacious and nice, however extremely loud jazz music was being played until almost midnight in the restaurant below making it impossible to sleep.

Fun decor with a European vibe. The bathrooms within the hotel rooms have nice showers and amenities, and the rooms themselves are comfortable. It's a 15 minute walk from the Gare Centrale; at night the streets are fairly populated so it's fine to walk alone. The pastries at the breakfast buffet were good, but be aware it's a light, European-style breakfast.

The wifi didn’t work for our entire stay. The room was nice but lacking in amenities such as washcloths, tissues etc. Breakfast was fine but they ran out of some products which weren’t replaced

The room was large and had a very nice vibe but it seemed worn...the decorative pillow on the bed was stained. When we arrived I saw that there was no Gym as advertised, and two lights were out by one of the bed.
The offered to move us when it was convenient for them, not us and never had someone come to fix the lights...
VERY convenient location for our family nearby but no Customer Service.
I would not stay there again.

I didn't realize this hotel is part of the VIP Access program. No one said anything. Nothing seemed more special.
If you stay here, bring ear plugs. Every night, once in a while, someone would race their car or motorcycle through the street.
There is a free breakfast, but it is very basic. Room was clean. My room had two or three steps between the bathroom and the bed. Be careful not to trip if you forget in the middle of the night.
