Very friendly, comfortable, efficient! Only one tiny minor drawback was that the hotel did not have air conditioning but this should not be a major concern for travelers who are considering safety as the top priority--this hotel is very safe (has underground shelter, located in a safe area near embassies and metro, and in a lower elevated part of the city on a quiet street). Highly recommend for all travelers including business and others. The breakfast was delicious and staff was very accomodating.

Great location, delicious breakfasts, nice room with mini-fridge and new furniture. Good windows soundproofing, comfortable pilllows and mattress, free ironing service. Supermarket, metro station and plenty of restaurants - within 15 min walk.

If you don't remember your door access code, and there is no stuff in the lobby(before 2pm), you're on your own. My phone died, and I had to look for a coffeshop nearby to charge it, so I could open the front door and enter my room.

I booked a double room for 1 person but it felt really small even for 1 person.
Location is okay.
Breakfast is free which is good but variety may be better.
