OK for the price. Great location.

Good location. Good price. Blackout shades were nice. The air conditioning worked well. Quiet. We were given permission to use the onsite washing machine. Quick responses to questions.

Pictures are a bit deceiving on the room and kitchen amenities. The coffee maker is not as pictured. For a two-night stay, we were given two coffee pods for a very basic Nescafe brewer. We messaged the owner asking for more two more coffee pods and were told we'd get more the next day. They were never delivered.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Wohlfühl-Faktor in bester Altstadt-Lage

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon/Dachterrasse. Hervorragende Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Unterkunft hat nur 2 Zimmer, klein aber fein. Personal war nicht vor Ort und es gab aktuell leider kein Frühstück (war vorher aber kommuniziert), Kontakt aber stets sehr freundlich, prompt und hilfsbereit mit guten Empfehlungen. Kaffeemaschine im Erdgeschoss für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen aber vorhanden.

Preis ohne Frühstück schon eher teuer, allerdings in bester Lage und zum Wohlfühlen.

Exceptional

Hugo was fantastic and his enthusiasm was a lovely way to start our time in Lagos. He had great advice and we ended up having one of the best meals of our life thanks to his recommendation. The beds were also the comfiest we experienced on our entire European trip!

- I would not go back / I do not recommend the hotel

- location seems fine - clean enough

- room very very basic ; feels a bit rough ; it doesn’t look as nice as it is in the picture. - sheets not very comfortable so as the mattress - NO BREAKFAST despite mentioned in the description / showing in nice pictures and fact that hotel is literally called Bed and BREAKFAST!! - staff was friendly and welcoming at first then gets aggressive when we asked about breakfast and was told there is no breakfast - restaurant that’s in the recommending list is expensive and not so nice but that is based on taste one can argue. I would not follow the hotel advice as there are better choices in Lagos. - no reception and no one there to help. It’s a air b&b not a hotel but we are getting charged at hotel rates - then we received more complaints and bitter messages after we used house toilet locating outside the room not knowing the fact that we are not allowed to use it as guests as there were no other toilets for us to use in the house. Not a nice ending to our holiday. We were very confused but seems to be a waste of time to argue with the host.

Modern and comfortable stay on a quiet street right in Lagos center and with attentive hosts.

The room was spacious, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It's right in the center, near bars and restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. The B&B is on a quiet street which was great. Hugo and his partner were very kind, attentive, and helpful. He gave a ton of great recommendations and tips. You could tell he loves Lagos and wants his guests to have the best possible experience. He was by far one of the best hosts I've come across in a long time. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The location was THE BEST! Bathroom is across the hall so that was little different then expected & the beds were super uncomfortable. It’s a little pricey for the place itself but it’s likely due to the perfect location! Overall, I’d stay here again!

Highly recommended!!!!!

Everything was amazing! The room and toilet was very clean and everything work perfect. The bed was super comfortable, big wardrobe, the balcony has a nice view, neighbourhood was quiet, close to the main Streets with all the bars, pubs and restaurants around there. Wifi has perfect connection and the hosts Hugo and Giulia were the best!! I highly recommend to stay here!!

Great location just a short walk from shopping, restaurants, and bars. Small room, but it is well kept. Easy/seamless communication with the host.

Very good location in centre of Lagos with nearby public parking (3 min walk), owner was very helpful with advice and available over phone, big balcony, nice shower

Good start for a time in Lagos !

The property was well located! The host was very accommodating and gave us good recommendations and directions.

The external bathroom was smaller than expected and it doesn’t feel as private as you would have expected. Overall the room was quiet noisy (especially at night).

Perfect stay for citytrip to Lagos

Very nice host, told us a lot about Lagos! We became friends for the time being. Room was clean and big enough for the two of us. Contactless check in was around 22h and no problem. Host was available by whatsapp and we found the key in a keycase. Car was parked at a parkingplace, 5-10 min walk. Was perfect for us! Stay in Lagos? Stay at do Paço!

Didn't mind but good to know: the private bathroom is across the hall. One step outside your bedroom.

As we had minibalcony I had a chance to hang out my panties as locals do after wash!

Very good location - close to centre.

Expected to have terrace as saw in Booking but as often - reality is not the same. Didn't like that need to choose at evening before what we will want for breakfast - don't want to spend our time for that and don't want to mark that we want both - coffee and orange juice and cheese and ham. Didn't like that breakfast was served in plastic box and guy brought it to our room which meant we need at first to put in some reasonable order our stuff and make a space on small table. As it was in corner had to make some romantic and holiday mood out of that all so pulled a table to window, opened that to have some fresh air and some mood.

Perfect! Highly recommend and would love to stay here again if we’re back in Lagos

We loved staying here! The property is centrally located in the old town and is near several free parking lots in case you rent a car. Hugo is an amazing host, he was always accessible and gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to see. He ensured we had a great time! We stayed in the room with the balcony and it was beautiful and very spacious.

Great value and very good location for old town Lagos.

Good communication (able to easily obtain the keys from the lockbox at the front door using provided code so we didn't need to coordinate a specific arrival time; other instructions well presented in folder and over Booking.com app). Rooms are basic, but sufficient. Host was very friendly and breakfast was very good (host had us send a photo of a menu the night prior with our selections and then brought the tray to our room at the requested time; worked very well). Very good location for the old town.

Not really dislikes, but things to note: -Parking in the old town isn't plentiful (no different than any old town). We parked just outside the south end of town at a 24 hour public garage (Parque de Estacionamento) for 8 Euro; very clean, spacious, safe and easy. We also found a private garage, but they were charging almost 2 Euro an hour and closed from 8 PM to about 8 AM. -Bathroom for our room was private, but across the hall and small. Completely understandable for the style of building and wasn't an issue for us; unsure if the other room (up another set of stairs) had an en suite bath.

The location is very central and the balcony on the top room is nice to enjoy the sun during an apero

Room #2 has a super steep staircase which is not very friendly if you have a lot of luggage or not "in shape" and everything seemed to have gone wrong with our reservation. They use super strong cleaning product with bleach .. the smell was still in the room whole the day/night

Friendly, but noisy room in the center

- the friendliness and helpfulness from the staff - the friendly price - that you could indicate what you wanted to have for breakfast - the light interior

- the noisiness coming from people in the alley - from the photo we expected a terrace, but it turned out this was only for the other room - The shower was luke warm at most

Not a nice or memorable stay.

It was a pretty bare bones building and room. And without ever meeting the host, it felt very soulless. Breakfast was served late and there was no option for getting anything early, so we did not experience it as we had to get a train. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but no cups. At some other B and B’s, breakfast was left in the fridge, so guests wouldn’t be totally tied to a schedule, which was very convenient and would have been helpful in this case.

Literally the nicest host of our entire Trip with cheap amazing breakfast brought to bed.

The host was just incredible. He brought us an amazing breakfast to the bed and spend so much time to inform us about everything. He even has a qr code with Tipps from him as a local what to do in Lagos. You need to go here if you want super cheap yet amazing breakfast and a super friendly host. The room was nothing too jawdropping but nice and the service really made it really special!

Great location near all the bars and restaurants of Lagos. Clean & comfortable, small and efficient little room and bathroom. There is a narrow spiral staircase to get to this room, which would be hard for someone with any mobility challenges but was fine for us.
