Overall a decent place to stay in Leavenworth in walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and activities. Great service from the front desk staff. Room was average, but very clean. Loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Mattresses were a little firm and sloped in towards the middle night stand. Traffic driving by on US2 was noticeable but not a deal breaker.

Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Place was clean (we had a room with two beds) and amenities well kept. Lots of parking. Hot tub was busy so we didn't get to experience it or the pool but both looked well kept too. They had several extras such as free breakfast, unlimited coffee & juice in reception, and a killer hot chocolate (free unlimited) that was delicious. I stayed there with my teenage son as we hiked the area and explored Leavenworth and it was well worth the money. Plus an easy walk into town, just down the street. Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. At some point it will need some upgrades. Not crazy about staying in a pet friendly hotel but this hotel does it right.

Loved that it was walking distance to shops/restaurant. Pool/hot tub hours are great! Open super late and they have adult only time. The movies availble to rent at the desk was my favorite part. Comfy beds and the room had a microwave/fridge. Overall would highly rec and will be staying there again

The room seem dated, older tub and window unit for use of Heat or Air Conditioning. Updated bathroom flooring but no transition strip, so easy to trip or jam your foot. Hot tub was hot the first night, and then didn't seem hot any other trip we made to it. Breakfast is served in a paper bag that you have to "turn in" your choices to the front desk of the selection you want. Choices are the same each day. This was fine for a quick trip to Leavenworth, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The motel was OK. The distance to downtown was fantastic. We had a room with one king bed. The room felt clean but tired. It was pretty dated and there were repairs needed—the toilet wasn’t completely attached to the floor, there was son missing baseboard, the shower went from hot to cold and not much in between, the shower floor had some give—it seemed to be a patch job. The skin faucet turned itself off in the hot position. Weird stuff. And the room was really small. We felt cramped. We were warm and it didnt stink so that was good. Our friends in rooms with 2 queens had more updated and larger rooms. Having a pool and hot tub was great.

Older building but it was clean and comfortable-welcoming for dogs, easy walking to downtown. Staff was friendly and the grounds were well kept up - the snow kept piling up but they kept it plowed regularly.

The hotel does not clean the rooms during your stay. They will deliver items to your Room, but only when you are not there.
The breakfast has to be ordered the night before and you pick it up in a bag the next morning. You have to microwave the food yourself.
The area outside of the hotel entrance leading to the rooms was left with ice and snow and could be a hazard.
The staff were reasonably friendly.

Shower leaked 24/7, shower was in desperate need of replacing. Furniture is never moved and very dirty under chaor and behind endtables. Breakfast was a sac breakfast. Not impressed for the price.

Not the best value but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Short distance to downtown, easy walk even in frigid conditions. Free coffee and juice was a great addition.

We liked the pool but we stayed for 4 days and we were right by a door that goes inside to the elevators and it slammed at least 50 times a night and we have small children. Two of our lights didn’t work in the room, our microwave didn’t work in the outlet it was plugged in to so we used it on the floor for 4 days. Stains on the bedding. It just wasn’t a great experience for the expense for our family. Wouldn’t stay here again.

John at the front desk was so nice and helpful, and gave us information that helped decide to come to Leavenworth in the negative temps! The noise from the hallway was loud, we could hear everything happening out there. I would love if, in general, hotels would put up hooks on the empty wall space to help with clutter! Especially when we have lots of snow gear. The pool was definitely not 90 degrees, but the hot tub was nice and warm. Overall, great location and we had a nice stay.

The hot tub was not at all hot. I got cold sitting in it. Not once did i sweat.

The rooms have horrible sound proofing & only two small blankets were provided in 30 degree weather.
The hot tub was absolutely filthy & I wouldn’t even guess it reached over 90 degrees.
Staff was great, location was more than perfect. But some room updates are more than needed at this point.

We had an adequate stay here for our family of 4 around the New Year's holiday. Room was comfortable and I particularly liked the beds. Bathroom was as expected for a 2-star property, and we were disappointed that there was no drain cover so our kids could not take a bath. Room was perfectly clean. Property is a bit dated and needs renovation. The breakfast gets a lot of flak in other comments, but actually I think the brown bag is a pretty good system. You get a healthy amount of food in the bag, and this hotel has a small lobby area and having everyone cram in there to eat breakfast would not work well. I just wish the breakfast had offered some lower fat options and fruit. Kids loved the hot tub, pool was a bit chilly. I'm glad they offered life jackets and goggles complimentary to borrow. Excessive chlorine in the hot tub on our 2nd day almost suffocated my children! Staff were not super responsive and weren't that knowledgeable about the pool, surprisingly. Walking distance to the Leavenworth tourist area. All-in-all, it's not bad for a 2-star property if you have appropriate expectations for quality

Wouldn't return... left after one night (no refund on second night either) because you hear everything in all the rooms and couldn't sleep until well after midnight. No one was being over loud either... just very thin walls and ceilings. Other than that this is an average 2-star motel- not really comfortable beds or nice decor, but clean, convenient and a decent price point in this area so if you sleep thru anything and are on a budget this place could be good i think.

Arrived at 3pm for 4pm checkin, room wasn’t ready. Came back at 4pm, room was still not ready. I asked and was told I could receive a text when it’s ready … came back at 5:45pm and was able to checkin and had no text message sent.
Floor siding is falling apart; no room cleaning service so outside trashes were overflowing and not emptied for days; very much showing it’s age and not well re-invested.
Walls will make anyone feel like everyone else is having more sex than you.
Otherwise, fridge worked (but microwave was sketchy), and had hot water. Dog friendly.

Hotel was sold out. The room we had was ok but the biggest issue was that the door was very hard to close. I had to slam the door to make sure it was closed. A few times people walked into my room thinking it was there. I didn't have the chain lock bc the other people I was staying with were out of the room. The front desk said it was bc of the cold weather. The other room I paid for (my adult some was in) had no issues and they were next to us. I went to the front desk 4 times, finally on our last night they offered to move us if they had a room (which they didn't, their words). They said maintenance would have to replace the whole door frame. Will not be staying there again or recommending it anyone.

The hotel has a great location. Parking is free and staff were friendly. They do not offer housekeeping service during the course of the stay and this was stated upfront but disappointing considering the amount paid. A bagged breakfast is offered daily as also advised in advance and needs to be ordered daily. Room walls were chipped and the bathroom grouting and ventilation was in poor condition.

Staff was fantastic. Location was perfect. Made all the activities and restaurants walkable. Loved the room. Hot water didn't work the last 2 days. Thought maybe it was an odd occurrence the first time and was leaving the second. I would stay here again without a doubt.

THEY DINT CLEAN YOYR ROOM DURING YOUR STAY, no change towel , no housekeeping, just a paper to ask for the supplies to do it ! Pay $350 per night for 5 night , never took the trash out!
They think they can use COVID policy ! Please share ao they change and others can enjoy the town!

The hotel is a great location for walking distance to the downtown restaurant s and activities and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was run down and not as nice as the pictures indicated. Our bathroom continued to leaked water from either the tub or the toilet. Tub cracked all around the sheet rock and the faucet moved a lot when used. Front door had big gap that allowed cold air to flow through and road noise. They must still be super COVID conscious because they do have a complimentary breakfast but they do a weird way of giving it to you by having you pick what you want the night before and pick it up from the lobby in individual brown bags in the morning. Limited choices of pre-packaged cereal, yogurt, orange juice cups, and jimmy dean microwave breakfast sandwiches. Also, no cleaning service for your room, can only request extra bedding and towels to be delivered and your garbage goes out the front door to be picked up. Hot tub was funny because it's an above ground fiberglass hot tub they placed at the end of the pool and slapped tile around it. The fitness center looks like it used to be a sauna room that now only holds one treadmill and one elliptical, nothing else since nothing would fit. Overall, the hotel definitely has an old European hotel feel to it except it's not that old and needs some upkeep.

I selected to stay here after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures they had online showing the rooms, I don't know where they got the pictures from but it was not from that location. I had booked two rooms almost 2 months in advance and expected the rooms to be close to each other but we were not even on the same floor. The bathroom was so small you almost had to get into the bathtub to close the door. The breakfast offered was a bag with cereal and a small milk. Most of the parking was taken up by non guest heading to the festivities in town. I DO NOT RECAMEND THIS TO PLACE ANYONE . THIS MORE OF A MOTEL THEN A HOTEL. MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE WRONG!!! Way over priced for what they offer. Only good thing about this place was location.
