The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. We consistently had ants in our bed plus multiple spiders (INCLUDING A BLACK WIDOW) in our room. I now have many ant bites and did not sleep well the entire trip. We reached out to management and did not receive a response - very disappointing considering the price paid. The view when standing in the yard and hot tub are the only reasons we are giving 3 stars. We will not be staying in another place using Vacasa as the management company.

This Property needs some work, it is dated and needs to be worked on. First the lock for the door by the pool table area needs to be replaced, it doesn’t lock correctly and there are instructions on how to lock the lock which is ridiculous. Instead of instructions on how to lock the door the lock just needs to be replaced. The door by the kitchen is not any better, it is hard to open and shut and the kids could not open and close the door on their own. The trim in the house all needs to be replaced, there are dog pee stains on the carpet upstairs. The Master bathroom toilet was leaking water from the base , which I called the company and they said that will be fixed. The yard needs to be maintained, there are old spider webs everywhere, they are on the outside furniture, fallen leaves were all over the place, and the property has a bug problem. The last day we were there the Gardener was in the yard at 8am using a blower and checking the filter for the hot tub, and I was in the kitchen making breakfast and all of a sudden, I see two men in the yard. In the future the Gardener should wait until check out to come clean up. You pay so much money for something nice and you find out when you get there it is not as nice as the pictures, I feel the property owner needs to really update the house and fix things around the house. The best thing about this Property is the view, it is breathtaking! Also the house inside was very clean.

This home is fantastic! Most of the home is facing the ocean so you get a spectacular ocean view from many areas in and outside of the home. The house is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, furnishings for comfort with a modern touch, and super spacious. My family and I enjoyed our stay here so much. If it had not been booked for the rest of the week, we would have extended our stay. Highly recommend, definitely will come back!

The house is good, very nice but unfortunately I didn’t feel safe I stayed a wake the first night because one of the doors doesn’t close also there were too many ants ? in the bedroom, the hot top is not private at all so the neighbors can see you. Finally they refused to give us 15 minutes extra to pack our stuff.

This home has the most stunning view you can imagine! The outdoor spaces are very nice and we loved the location. We saw coyotes and bunnies daily. The home itself is pretty but dated and in need of repair. For example, lights not working, closet doors off the track, windows that don't open or don't have screens. However, everything worked (the dryer is slow) and the beds were comfy. I did wish for a comfortable spot to enjoy the view from indoors, but the prime area for this is taken up by the pool table. But we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

We came in for the Malibu half marathon and this was the perfect place based on location to race site, restaurants, grocery store, and the views and hot tub really set everything off. The sunsets were incredible! We will be back!
