Located in San Pasqual Valley, this attractive house for $750 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Relax with your family and friends in our extraordinary 5BR/4BA retreat with scenic mountain views. The luxurious interior features a grand living space, state of the art kitchen, spacious bedrooms and private office. Join in on a game of billiards or indulge in a relaxing afternoon by the pool & hot tub. THE SPACE This house is located in a remote area. this 4,624 sq ft homes offer 5 full bedroom and 4 bathrooms. 2 living rooms, office stunning back yard with stunning views that includes swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq. Cell can be hit or miss, lots best if you sign to wifi then make a call. All the TV are hooked up through Ethernet but DO NOT have smart TV capabilities. ( Only 4 tv can work on direct TV at once) even though each room has a TV only 4 can work at any given time. Also If you use the pizza oven we do require you to clean it out after you are done. ( We carry very limited tools.) Bed/Bath Set Up: Sleeps 13 adults and 1 infants (pack n play). Bedroom #1- (Downstairs) King Bed with TV Bathroom#1 ( Downstairs) Full Bathroom with stand up shower Bedroom #2 (Upstairs) The Master bedroom is located on the second floor and it features King Size bed & Twin daybed w/trundle & TV. Bathroom #2 Attached to Master Full Bathroom with stand up Shower and Tub. Bedroom #3 (Upstairs) King Bed with attached Bathroom and TV Bathroom# 3 Attached to bedroom #3 and is full bathroom with Tub Bedroom #4 (Upstairs) Full/Full Bunkbed with Jack and Jill bathroom and TV. Bedroom #5 (Upstairs) King Bed with Jack and Jill bathroom that shares with bedroom #4 and TV Bathroom #4 Jack and Jill Layout. Full Bathroom with 2 sinks and Tub. Between Bedroom #4 & #5 2.1 miles to San Diego Safari Park 3 miles to Orfila Winery 3 miles to grocery shopping 30 min to Sea World Close to beaches, mountains, zoo, shopping, Legoland etc! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Fireplace ions Pizza oven is at your own rick we may not have all the tools you need HOUSE RULES: Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit. No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times. This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am. Must be 25 or older to book No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine. POOL/SPA It is optional to heat the pool. If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Prices vary depending on the time of year. Please inquire! We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees. Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions. We can make an exception however it does cost more. Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE. It will disable the system causing nothing to work. Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool. The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it. You can not heat the pool and the spa at the same time. We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed. The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool. We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana. We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted. There will be a $250 fine per guest per day that is unaccounted for. We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate. Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

We were very pleased with the home, property and owners. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. Even let us pick fresh avocadoes and oranges. The location was only 40 minutes from Sea World and Oceanside which we love. The house is beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the back patio in the pool and jacuzzi, around the outdoor fire pit. Lastly the views from the house are stunning. So nice to stay somewhere out of the California hustle and bustle. Very relaxing. Thank you so much for making our family vacation so wonderful. Dell

We booked this trip for my friend’s birthday and could not have had a better time. The home was gorgeous and spacious. The hosts were extremely accommodating and clear with all instructions. If we had any questions they would be answered within a few hours or less. All in all a 5 star experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property with just a handful of caveats. Most significantly, the owner was completely out of reach during a small crisis at the property (that was not of our making). He tried to make it right by issuing a small refund, and we did appreciate that. There were minor maintenance issues that were annoying and unexpected at a property of this quality. (Running toilets, sinks that didn't drain, hot tub thermostat completely unreliable). There were lots of "don't touch this or pay a stupidly high fine" stickers in the house which was sort of obnoxious. Also, some of the bedding was stained (in the secondary upstairs bedrooms) which we would expect not to happen in a home at this price range. Finally the kitchen was poorly stocked. For example, no measuring cups or spoons -- which makes preparing even the most rudimentary meal a challenge.

Home is spacious and beautiful with lots of room for a large family. Pool and outside deck area were great fun, even in the winter. Comfortable inside, with lots to do, we had a great time. Also very quick responses from the property manager to our questions.
