Comfortable apartment & walk-able location close to the centre of Wells, well suited to touring in the Sandringham/Cromer area. Well equipped kitchen.
Property is missing external signage so took a while to find it. Occasional noisy/fast cars & tractors passing close by. Strange smell in the ensuite bathroom needs urgent attention by owners. Lastly, no teapot provided (surely a must have in England?!).

The location was amazing and very handy for the centre of wells. It was also great having a space to park the car and the apartment was extremely clean and well equipped.

The property is well located and clean, this place accepts dogs and to its credit you can’t tell in terms or any smells etc.
The mattress (single bed) was well used and could ideally do with replacement, I had a couple of average sleeps.
