Location, easy to stay in, great hamper!
Pillows could do with an upgrade… sorry not really a complaint but they were quite hard. Maybe one hard and one soft one on each bed? Just a suggestion.

We visited Wells-next-the-Sea as my wife was taking part in a charity event and had no real expectations, but we fell in love with both the town and this property.
The hosts were efficient with good communication. The property was modern and equipped to a high standard, and with a lovely thoughtful welcome pack just exuded attention to detail... and the beds were sooo comfortable!
We've stayed in many rented properties over the years and this one is up there with the best. Enjoy!

The location was excellent- central and convenient for everything. Communication with owner was brilliant. The actual apartment was very comfortable.
