About this apartment rental
This lovely, newly refurbished apartment is in a beautiful location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade and a short walk from the main town.
The apartment boasts a sea view from the lounge and a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view.
Below the cliffs lies the sandy beach, Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach, Viking Bay.
An 8 minute walk will get you to Broadstairs town, Viking Bay and the many wonderful pubs, restaurants and boutiques.
It has a private porch and entrance door, a stair case takes you to the lounge/diner with a smart TV and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, including a washing machine.
Another stair case will then take you to the bathroom, with a bath and over bath shower and 2 bedrooms, one king size with a sea view and 1 twin that can be adapted to make another king size.
Anti allergy pillows, linen, towels are provided. Beach towels can be provided upon request.
There is a small private garden area and chairs are available to use.
There is adequate free on street parking, Wi-Fi and gas central heating
There is a strictly no smoking policy.
No parties to be held or late night noise please, this is a residential area and we would like to respect our neighbours peace.
Washing must not be hung on the balcony
No ball games on the grass areas

Great value 4 night stay over new year - clean, well- equipped. Well located. Warm. Good WiFi. We didn’t track down a dryer listed in the amenities.

The location of the apartment was so convenient, right next to the a gorgeous beach and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Broadstairs. It was clean, and well taken care of, with everything you need for a short break. We would definitely return!
