About this house rental
Direct waterfront on a private, saltwater, tidal lagoon. Snorkel in safety as the lagoon is stocked with tropical fish and lobsters - no stingrays, no sharks, no jellyfish, no crocs or alligators! The lagoon goes down to 40 feet and was once used for training by the Navy Seals in the early 1960's! prior to being developed as a condo and marina.
Two pools on the property. A jetty goes out to the sea on the Atlantic side where you can watch sunrises and sunsets. You may fish from the jetty. Slip rentals are also available from the Harbor Master at Kawama Yacht Club.
Newly remodeled unit between a piece of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and a Private Lagoon - steps from great restaurants and activities.

The host responded quickly and appropriately when we called for more towels and again when I accidentally turned off the hot water heater. He is very nice and knows this house inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay herr!

Loved having the lagoon right outside the back door. Water was clear and stocked with lots of really cool fish. The place had been updated from the pictures online and it was very clean. The host, Daniel, was great. Really fast at responding. We had one issue with the grill but he had it fixed in less than 24 hours! Thanks so much for making our first trip to the Keys such a great experience!
