This hotel really exceeded my expectations! I was just looking for somewhere to stay for a long layover in Istanbul but I was so pleasantly surprised. I arrived later than expected and the beautiful front-of-house staff Mohsen and Ozgur answered all my questions and helped me settle in. They were so polite and helpful and the room was great! Big sitting room, bathroom and the bed was wonderful.
The hotel also organised a transfer for me, which made getting there from the airport and back so easy. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for somewhere to stay close to the airport!

We had a wonderful stay for our last night in Turkey before flying back to London. A special thank you to Mohsen Mesut at reception, who truly went above and beyond. He kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room with a jacuzzi, which made our final night extra special. He had no idea it was the end of our trip, but thanks to his kindness, we got to finish an amazing journey on the best possible note. Thank you so much!

The shuttle service was excellent, easy to find the pickup point and the vehicle was very comfortable. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't use it. The breakfast was excellent with lots of very nice choices. The room was comfortable.
There is a no alcohol policy at the hotel, which I wasn't aware of but should have read the fine print because it does say this when you book. We had come from Australia and my husband was gasping for a nice cold beer but no such luck. And the nearest supermarket to buy some beer was a 15 minute walk but after a 15 hour flight we didn't have the energy. The area where the hotel is situated is very drab and dismal.
