This bungalow in a quiet road 2 blocks from the beach is delightful, with Bali-inspired decor, great kitchen facilities, parking out front and lots of beach stuff to borrow. We quickly settled in and it was home-from-home. A couple of things we needed were quickly dropped off for us by Adam - so responsive. Bed was huge and comfy. Washer and dryer available. A great spot for up to 4 people.

I really enjoyed the privacy yet how close it was to the beach. They have all your beach needs from a cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a few beach boards. Having a grill at the location was great as well. Adam was great and so helpful with any questions I had.

We were late in scheduling a stay in Cocoa Beach and were lucky to find this place. The location was within a few blocks of the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach activity, night life, restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere. The place itself was nicely updated and equipped with kitchen supplies, beach gear; extremely clean, and perfect for our trip. The value was superb.

We knew we were renting a place a couple of blocks from the beach. Within walking distance to everything we needed, the location was great, and the value of the rental cannot be beat. We were surprised to find such a nice place, given the proximity to our booking date.
