Loved the location, the cleanliness and owners were very easy to communicate with. They even left a booklet with lots of helpful information like their favorite restaurants and where to rent beach gear at a reduced rate. The chairs they left onsite for the beach were perfect, but the umbrella was a little flimsy so we rented a more heavy duty one, a surfboard and a skim board for the kids for less than it would’ve cost for any one of those items from another beach shop. I was also pleasantly surprised to find plenty of linens, comfy beds and everything in working order. We rent a lot of beach bungalows, and this was by far the cleanest and most well maintained.
I wish the boogie boards were in better shape. Since this is a rental, I know a lot of people don’t take care of equipment and I totally understand not replacing things like that all the time but it would have been a plus if these weren’t all torn up since I prefer boogie boarding over surfing.

The cottage is adorable: beautifully decorated, and cozy. The kitchen is stocked with any appliance or tool you need. The ocean is just a walk away, and the cottage has the perfect beach chairs!
