Nestled in Jacksonville Beach, this attractive house for $467 per night is a great choice for your next break. This spacious house has a beautiful private swimming pool, lounge chairs to help assist with a relaxing time by the pool. Backyard is equipped with a fire pit and an outdoor grill, perfect for social gatherings with friends and family, alongside a huge backyard with a small volleyball play area. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, many great neighbors and 6 blocks away from the beach. **The whole space including swimming pool and huge backyard with fire pit and grill are private just for you** 6 blocks away from the beach 1min and 35sec drive to the beach 5min walk to the beach 14min drive to Tournament Players Club: Golf Shop Close to shopping centers Close to Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Jax Beach We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal. Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine. A party/event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property of the amount of guests booked. A TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ and an HDTV antenna is available but there is NO CABLE. Also Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is > 7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (Fl-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples). We may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify or cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday. The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can't, so please never assume this will be allowed): 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night's stay, whichever is more. These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests' arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to. Rules - No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply. - Do not open the windows due to extra security measures we have installed. - Do not overload the washer/dryer, and do not wash any sandy beach items in the units. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. - Pick up and place all trash in outside garbage can before departure. - Please wash all dishes and unload dishwasher prior to departure. ***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside or in the outdoor areas.*** ***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.*** We are on a mission to provide each and every guest with 5-star quality service; as such, we make ourselves available most hours of the day, and 24/7 for emergencies. You can expect self check-in service at the listing with codes forwarded prior to check-in time. If you have any questions, please reach out to us. Guest will have access to the entire home and grounds. Access & wifi codes will be forwarded via messaging prior to arrival. I loved the proximity to the beach and my kids enjoyed the pool and backyard. The master bedroom is very comfortable. I would really rent this property again.

Property is exactly as advertised and the hosts do an excellent job of communicating and resolving any issues that come up. Although issues were very minor they quickly made sure to resolve them. Messages were quickly answered. This is an especially good property if traveling with a dog.
