About this apartment rental
Welcome to our "Tree House" retreat in Sugarbush—a peaceful escape nestled in a forested, rural setting, perfect for those looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Take in sweeping views of the woods from the spacious deck, complete with a BBQ and comfortable seating. Relax in the private outdoor hot tub—keep an ear out for the call of a barred owl or watch the night sky for shooting stars. On cooler evenings, curl up by the cozy gas fireplace with a glass of wine, or cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
You’ll have private access to the apartment via a keypad entry on the left-hand side of the house. During your stay, the backyard and hot tub are reserved exclusively for your use.

Our home is a 3.5-story residence, and your self-contained private apartment is located on the middle floor. We live on the main floor above, while the fully finished basement beneath your apartment will remain unused during your stay.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book. We prioritize reservations from guests with positive reviews. If you do not have any reviews, please share more about yourself and the reason for your stay when making your inquiry.
For those with mobility or health concerns, please be aware that there are 39 outdoor steps from the parking area to the apartment entrance, and an additional 17 steps leading down to the hot tub.
Due to safety considerations, we are unable to accommodate toddlers and children under the age of 10, at this property.
Above all, we ask our guests to be respectful—of our home, the surrounding community, and the beautiful natural environment that makes this place so special.

We had a great stay, beautiful well equipped apartment with access to a hot tub which was so relaxing after a day of skiing. Close to Horseshoe Valley and Mount St Louis for downhill skiing. Hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. We would definitely come back.

This property is located at the very end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is spacious and the apartment benefits from lots of light.
It is in great condition and it is very clean.
We enjoyed relaxing amoung ourselves and watching tv and enjoyed the fireplace as well.
There is a large balcony where you can sit and have breakfast in complete privacy.
There is a large hot tub on the patio one level below. Again, it can be enjoyed in complete privacy.
There are some really nice hiking trails nearby.
Don and Wanda were very helpful and gracious hosts.
We look forward to visiting again.

The property was awesome, the hot tub was clean and in good shape and even though the apartment is attached to the main house, we had loads of privacy and a very enjoyable stay! The deck looks out into the woods, but we were surprised to find there were hardly any bugs (mid-June). Great stay overall, would 100% go back!
