We had stayed at this hotel before, so everything was already familiar to us. There was no need to adjust.
One day, an unpleasant smell was felt in the room, reminiscent of the smells coming from the kitchen. We could not discover his origin. The traffic in Triester Street is very noisy. The windows are not of sufficient quality to completely mitigate this noise.

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore Vienna. The location is not very central but is 2 mins from a tram stop and you are in the city centre in 15 minutes.
The staff were friendly and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The roof terrace was lovely and had great views. Our balcony was really nice and the kitchen facilities were good. Nice coffee machine. Good aircon.
We would be happy to stay here again the next time we visit Vienna

The property is located over a busy road. For me the location was perfect as my office was 5 minutes walking from here but if you’re looking for landmarks, this is not the place to stay.
The terrace offers stunning views of the city
General cleanliness. When i got to my room, i found several black curly mid-length hairs. Definitely not mine as I have long blonde hair….
Bring your ear plus, the road is busy and the fridge is also rather noisy

In the good part of the town, close to the tram station and grocery store. Friendly staff.
A bit expensive. Not good ration money/value.
