Sehr schönes Apartment, es sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gepflegt, gute Lage.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln was das Apartment angeht. Die Parksituation in Wien ist leider etwas schwierig.

Die Appartments sind sehr in Ordnung. Funktional eingerichtet, sauber, Aussicht top. Der Check-In ist unkompliziert, ein Code schaltet den Aufzug frei und die Tür zum Appartment auf.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist untragbar. Die Appartments haben keine eigenen Parkplätze. Das wird auch so kommuniziert. Nur sind sämtliche Parkflächen vor und neben dem Gebäude im Privatbesitz und mit Verbotshinweisen, Abschleppankündigungen und absurd hohen Bußgeldforderungen samt Videoüberwachung beschildert. Die öffentlichen Parkflächen in der Nähe sind hoffnungslos überbelegt. Man muss eine halbe Stunde Parkplatzsuche und eine halbe Stunde Fußweg zurück zum Gebäude einplanen. Und möglichst wenig Gepäck haben. Wie gesagt - untragbar.
