We had a lovely stay at Virgin Hotels New York. We really enjoyed the modern design, great atmosphere and especially our room with a beautiful view. Everything was comfortable and pleasant, and we would definitely stay here again.
The elevators were quite slow on our last day, but otherwise everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

Location was good, easy access to public transportation.
The elevators, they would stall, long waits, had to walk 17 floor to our room.
